{"id":4676,"date":"2019-05-10T11:02:01","date_gmt":"2019-05-10T09:02:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?p=4676"},"modified":"2019-10-10T16:47:54","modified_gmt":"2019-10-10T14:47:54","slug":"projecte-m05-m09-fpic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/general\/projecte-m05-m09-fpic\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte M05-M09 FPiC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019alumnat de 1B de GM de Forneria, Pastisseria i Confiteria, conduits per les professores, Raquel Mart\u00ednez i Al\u00edcia Garcia, han participat en un projecte educatiu destinat a la creaci\u00f3 i elaboraci\u00f3 de productes de fleca i pastisseria per a col\u00b7lectivitats especials, implementant els continguts assolits als m\u00f2duls M05 Productes d\u2019obrador i M09 Mat\u00e8ries primeres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els propis grups participants ens expliquen el que han fet:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som Butterville! Hem creat un projecte de pastisseria on venem productes 100% vegans i cel\u00edacs. Per aquestes elaboracions utilitzem producte de proximitat i ecol\u00f2gic i promovent sempre els productes de la terra.\u00a0 En aquest projecte, ens movem arreu del territori amb el nostre foodtruck.\u00a0 Els productes que hem elaborat per forneria s\u00f3n focaccia i brioix i per pastisseria\u00a0 hem fet una mousse de licor d\u2019arr\u00f2s i macarons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kneading With Love \u00e9s una empresa creada per 3 socis, Gabriela, Marlon i Melany. Elaborem productes de forneria i pastisseria. Actualment ens dirigim a col\u00b7lectivitats especials: cel\u00edacs i diab\u00e8tics. En fleca oferim un pa de llavors sense gluten i en pastisseria un past\u00eds mousse de alvocat que \u00e9s perfecta per a aquest tipus de persones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som una empresa petita anomenada Worldpastry, fundada per 4 treballadors, anomenats Adri\u00e0, Marco, Esther i V\u00edctor. Les nostres elaboracions, com per exemple el Brownie amb mousse de festuc i el mantou, estan destinats als cel\u00edacs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som DAME. SA formada per: Dami\u00e1n Algar, Alejandro Aguilar, Meritxell Ambr\u00f3s i Enya Ram\u00edrez. Som una empresa artesanal que elabora productes per a col\u00b7lectivitats especials. Treballem amb productes per a cel\u00edacs i intolerants a la lactosa. La nostra elaboraci\u00f3 per a cel\u00edacs \u00e9s el pa sense gluten i la nostra elaboraci\u00f3 per a intolerants a la lactosa \u00e9s cheesecake sense lactosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som Panda Loco (Cec\u00edlia Romeu, Gianfranco Santor, Albert Lorenzo, Antonio S\u00e1nchez) i hem escollit les col\u00b7lectivitats especials de la diabetis i la celiaquia. Es una evid\u00e8ncia que cada dia hi ha m\u00e9s intolerants al gluten, des de nens fins a avis, i que cada dia la poblaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 m\u00e9s consciencia de la import\u00e0ncia de lluitar contra la diabetis. Les nostres prioritats s\u00f3n, la forma en la que elaborem els productes, sense additius, sense conservants, ni colorants qu\u00edmics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som Lemend,\u00a0i el que fem \u00e9s elaborar productes i venda directa. Nosaltres hem fet un past\u00eds de coco pels diab\u00e8tics i les persones intolerants a la lactosa, i el mantou que \u00e9s un pa blanc tradicional de Xina per les persones cel\u00edaques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f3c el cap d&#8217;una petita botiga al mig de Barcelona amb el nom de l&#8217;Estaci\u00f3, ens dediquem a fer pa sense gluten pels cel\u00edacs, perqu\u00e8 cada vegada n&#8217;hi ha m\u00e9s gent cel\u00edaca i com l\u2019\u00fanica cura \u00e9s no menjar coses amb gluten aqu\u00ed est\u00e0 el meu granet de sorra per ajudar, fent pa de xocolata sense gluten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dulces viajeros \u00e9s una empresa\u00a0 jove, formada per artesans emprenedors i\u00a0innovadors, conscienciats amb les col\u00b7lectivitats especials. Disposem de pa apte per cel\u00edacs i pastisseria dirigida a cel\u00edacs, diab\u00e8tics i intolerants a la lactosa.
