Ens va fer una descripci\u00f3 dels perfils professionals de la cuina hospital\u00e0ria, entrant en detall sobre condicions laborals (horaris, sous i titulaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per accedir), i per sobre de tot, va parlar sobre les condicions personals necess\u00e0ries que es necessiten per treballar en una cuina d&#8217;un hospital: empatia cap als malalts, m\u00e0xima predisposici\u00f3 a fer la vida millor al pacient i els seus \u00faltims desitjos gastron\u00f2mics, etc, tota una s\u00e8rie de viv\u00e8ncies exposades a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;exemples molt expl\u00edcits i altament emocionals.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2017\/04\/vall-hebron-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3336\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2017\/04\/vall-hebron-3-164x300.jpg\" alt=\"vall hebron 3\" width=\"164\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2017\/04\/vall-hebron-3-164x300.jpg 164w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2017\/04\/vall-hebron-3.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 164px) 100vw, 164px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Per altra banda, ens va parlar sobre l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 en els \u00faltims 20 anys de com es produeix en una cuina d&#8217;hospital, passant del sistema cl\u00e0ssic (l\u00ednia calenta) a la l\u00ednia freda complerta, tenint com a principal objectiu irrenunciable la seguretat aliment\u00e0ria (APPCC). Tamb\u00e9 ens va fer un resum del dia a dia de la seva feina com a gestora de la cuina i quines eines de gesti\u00f3 i de producci\u00f3 utilitza, aix\u00ed com de la import\u00e0ncia de la pres\u00e8ncia del departament de diet\u00e8tica en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de les diferents dietes hospital\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, va exposar la feina molt positiva que fa l&#8217; <em>Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Hosteler\u00eda Hospitalaria<\/em>, i va animar als alumnes assistents a que coneguin de primera m\u00e0 l&#8217;hostaleria hospital\u00e0ria treballant en qualsevol dels hospitals del nostre
