{"id":2748,"date":"2016-05-26T19:25:59","date_gmt":"2016-05-26T18:25:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?p=2748"},"modified":"2016-11-25T08:55:02","modified_gmt":"2016-11-25T07:55:02","slug":"l-institut-escola-dhoteleria-i-turisme-de-barcelona-organitza-el-campionat-de-catalunya-de-formacio-professional-catskills-de-pastisseria-201516","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/general\/l-institut-escola-dhoteleria-i-turisme-de-barcelona-organitza-el-campionat-de-catalunya-de-formacio-professional-catskills-de-pastisseria-201516\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019 Institut Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona organitza el Campionat de Catalunya de Formaci\u00f3 Professional CATSKILLS de Pastisseria 2015\/16."},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El Campionat Catskills de pastisseria va tenir lloc el passat dilluns, dia 25 d\u2019abril de 2016, i on van participar alumnes de cinc escoles catalanes: Institut Mart\u00ed Dot, Institut Escola Hoteleria i Turisme de Lleida, IES Bisbe Sivilla, Institut Joan Ramon Benapr\u00e8s, Institut Escola Hoteleria i Turisme de Girona i Institut Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El Jurat va destacar l\u2019alt grau de preparaci\u00f3 i de professionalitat dels participants que van haver de realitzar diferents treballs de pastisseria i forneria. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Els membres del jurat foren:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">President del jurat: Sr <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Josep Forment\u00ed Silvestre<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">-T\u00e8cnic de curr\u00edculum. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Albert Iglesias: professional del sector.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Eduard Crespo: professional del sector.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manel Serra: professor de pastisseria, Escola Hoteleria i Turisme de Lleida.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Francisca Antonia Gonz\u00e1lez: professora de pastisseria, Institut Bisbe Sivilla.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00c0ngel Rodr\u00edguez: professor de pastisseria<\/span><\/span>, Institut Marti Dot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Jordi Garcia: professor de pastisseria, Escola Hoteleria i Turisme de Girona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Tom\u00e0s mata: professor de pastisseria, Institut Joan Ram\u00f3n Benapr\u00e8s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Jordi Sempere: professor de pastisseria, Escola Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">En l&#8217;\u00faltima part de l\u2019acte el Sr <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Estanislau Vidal-Folch de Balanz\u00f3<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> ,Subdirector general de Programes de Formaci\u00f3 i Innovaci\u00f3 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">va felicitar a tots els participants, als tutors i professorat representants de les escoles assistents. Durant el lliurament dels premis el director de l\u2019INS EHTB, el senyor Manuel Barroso Terrones, va agrair al jurat extern, a les empreses patrocinadores (Guzman i Zwillg) i a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del concurs la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019un extraordinari campionat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Despr\u00e8s de quatre hores apassionats de competici\u00f3, l\u2019alumna, Hong Ye, representant de l\u2019INS Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona, va ser proclamada guanyadora del concurs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><a
