{"id":2669,"date":"2016-05-09T15:14:40","date_gmt":"2016-05-09T14:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?p=2669"},"modified":"2016-05-27T19:29:07","modified_gmt":"2016-05-27T18:29:07","slug":"ponencia-de-copes-riedel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/general\/ponencia-de-copes-riedel\/","title":{"rendered":"Pon\u00e8ncia de copes Riedel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dimarts dia 12 d\u2019Abril els alumnes de primer de direcci\u00f3 en serveis de restauraci\u00f3 i els alumnes de segon de grau mig de serveis de restauraci\u00f3 , v\u00e0rem rebre una pon\u00e8ncia meravellosa per part de Lluis Gras, Responsable comercial de Riedel The Wine Glass Company, en Euro selecci\u00f3 (Riedel Espa\u00f1a)dels fabricants de copes Riedel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresa de copes Riedel neix l\u2019any 1756 a Kufstein, Austria, fins la segona guerra mundial les copes que fabricava eren de car\u00e0cter homogeni per\u00f2 al 1958 tenen la voluntat de desmarcar-se de la compet\u00e8ncia al adonar-se \u00a0de que el vi canvia les seves propietats i sabor, depenent de la forma i el vidre de la copa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2016\/05\/20160412_114640.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2670\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2016\/05\/20160412_114640-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"20160412_114640\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2016\/05\/20160412_114640-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2016\/05\/20160412_114640-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara mateix a Riedel, treballen amb dos tipus de cristall. El primer que porta sodi, potassi i quars; i l\u2019altre tipus, amb sodi, potassi, quars i un 20% de plom. Aquest fet \u00a0li dona unes propietats especials a la copa. Mes porositat i adher\u00e8ncia que li dona un aspecte mes important al vi. Tot i aix\u00f2 estan intentant canviar el plom per un altre material per temes ecol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Riedel diferencien i marquen la import\u00e0ncia tant del tipus de vi com de la varietat de ra\u00efm aix\u00ed doncs una copa de cos i di\u00e0metre petit es per vins joves, i una de cos gran i di\u00e0metre gran, generalment per vins de crian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal remarcar que petits canvis en la copa es un gran canvi per el vi, aix\u00f2 ho v\u00e0rem poder comprovar durant el tast i gracies a la varietat de copes que ens van portar, on realment es notaven grans canvis en el vi, cava i whisky que vam degustar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Sembla mentida que un producte de gran qualitat pot baixar les qualitats per culpa d\u2019un mal material o d\u2019una forma de la copa poc adequada per la varietat del ra\u00efm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2016\/05\/20160412_162013.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2671\"
