{"id":2275,"date":"2015-12-09T09:58:50","date_gmt":"2015-12-09T08:58:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?p=2275"},"modified":"2016-01-27T12:51:15","modified_gmt":"2016-01-27T11:51:15","slug":"xarops-per-al-mon-de-la-cocteleria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/general\/xarops-per-al-mon-de-la-cocteleria\/","title":{"rendered":"Xarops per al m\u00f3n de la cocteleria"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Pon\u00e8ncia de Mon\u00edn: Xarops per al m\u00f3n de la cocteleria.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El passat divendres 14 de novembre, els alumnes de 1r. de Direcci\u00f3 de serveis de restauraci\u00f3 vam presenciar a l\u2019escola, una pon\u00e8ncia de l\u2019ambaixador representant de la marca a Espanya, el Sr. Aurelien Chaplet i l\u2019ambaixador representant de la marca a Catalunya, el Sr. Xavier Iglesias.<br \/>\nLa pon\u00e8ncia, va comen\u00e7ar amb una breu explicaci\u00f3 de la proced\u00e8ncia d\u2019aquesta gran empresa, i tot seguit ens van presentar diferents productes de la seva amplia gamma amb una explicaci\u00f3 de la seves caracter\u00edstiques.<br \/>\nMon\u00edn t\u00e9 17 ambaixadors repartits per Espanya que es reuneixen cada any per a fer investigacions i desenvolupar els nous productes de Mon\u00edn. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s ofereixen a les empreses la creaci\u00f3 de cartes, i formaci\u00f3 tant en escoles d\u2019hoteleria com a locals de restauraci\u00f3.<br \/>\nMon\u00edn \u00e9s una empresa amb m\u00e9s de 100 anys, que va ser fundada per el senyor George Mon\u00edn, qui va iniciar el negoci amb la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una esp\u00e8cie de Limonchelo elaborat amb pell de llima. La empresa va tenir bastant \u00e8xit i va comen\u00e7ar a ampliar l\u2019oferta de licors i a fer xarops sense alcohol els quals es van comen\u00e7ar a utilitzar acompanyats de cerveses i licors.<br \/>\nEls productes de Mon\u00edn es consumeixen en m\u00e9s de 150 pa\u00efsos arreu del m\u00f3n, tant per a cocteleria com per a cuina i pastisseria. A la pagina web de Mon\u00edn podem trobar m\u00e9s de 3 mil receptes. L\u2019empresa sap que els gustos i les prefer\u00e8ncies canvien segons l\u2019estaci\u00f3 de l\u2019any i per aix\u00f2 cada any treuen dues campanyes. La de tardor hivern encarada a begudes que aportin escalfor als consumidors i la de primavera estiu amb combinats refrescants. Mon\u00edn es dedica a buscar l\u2019equilibri en els gustos adequats segons les exig\u00e8ncies dels consumidors.<br \/>\nEn el cas dels xarops, Mon\u00edn, segueix la norma francesa i tots els seus xarops tenen un 80% de sucre de canya. Amb una gamma que supera els 140 xarops, Mon\u00edn presenta gustos des de la fruita de la passi\u00f3, pinya, coco, passant per els vegetals com el cogombre, elaboracions com el pastis de poma, el Mojito i finalitzant amb productes artificials com el xiclet.<br \/>\nSens va explicar, que els xarops no estan pensats de consumir sols i \u00f2bviament no han de ser consumits per persones diab\u00e8tiques, excepte per una petita gamma que no cont\u00e9 sucre.<br \/>\nL\u2019ambaixador Xavier Iglesias, professor del nostre centre, ens va explicar la infinitat de elaboracions que podem aconseguir amb els productes de Mon\u00edn. La primera demostraci\u00f3 va ser l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un \u201cIced tea\u201d al gust del client, f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid de fer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Us fem un petit recull de les elaboracions que es van confeccionar durant la demostraci\u00f3:<br \/>\nIced tea de cogombre:<br \/>\nIngredients: xarop de t\u00e9 amb llimona, xarop de cogombre, aigua i gla\u00e7ons.<br \/>\nIced tea de gerds i rosa:<br \/>\nIngredients: xarop de gerds, xarop de rosa, aigua i gla\u00e7ons.<br \/>\nFrapp\u00e9 de iogurt amb pur\u00e9 de fruita de la passi\u00f3 i xiclet:<br \/>\nIngredients: llet, pur\u00e9 de fruita de la passi\u00f3, xarop de xiclet, texturitzant (frapp\u00e9) de iogurt.<br \/>\nPi\u00f1a colada verge:<br \/>\nIngredients: pinya natural, suc de pinya, pur\u00e9 de coco, xarop de rom.<br \/>\n\u201cMojito\u201d de fruita de la passi\u00f3:<br \/>\nIngredients: llima natural, menta fresca, rom negre, pur\u00e9 de fruita de la passi\u00f3 i aigua amb gas.<br \/>\nCaf\u00e8s aromatitzats amb: xarops de avellana, pastis de poma, rom, etc&#8230;<br \/>\nMon\u00edn tamb\u00e9 ofereix uns texturitzants que permeten elaborar els coneguts \u201csmoothies\u201d.<br \/>\nAquest producte, apte per cel\u00edacs i sense l\u2019alt contingut en greixos que tenen tant la llet com la nata, \u00e9s perfecte per barrejar amb els xarops i pur\u00e9s de la marca, aix\u00ed com amb fruita i sucs naturals per obtenir batuts cremosos, refrescants i plens de sabor que poden aguantar mitja hora en una terrassa calorosa en ple estiu sense aigualir-se ni perdre la consist\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\nJa em esmentat els pur\u00e9s de Mon\u00edn.
