{"id":11030,"date":"2026-05-28T14:06:56","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T12:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?p=11030"},"modified":"2026-05-28T14:07:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T12:07:44","slug":"11a-edicio-del-concurs-pfi-cuina-pastisseria-i-sala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/pfi\/11a-edicio-del-concurs-pfi-cuina-pastisseria-i-sala\/","title":{"rendered":"11a edici\u00f3 del Concurs PFI: Cuina, Pastisseria i Sala"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>El Servei de Projectes Tecnol\u00f2gics, Estrat\u00e8gics i Singulars dels Sectors Professionals del&nbsp; Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, ha celebrat la final de l\u201911a edici\u00f3 del Concurs de Cuina, Pastisseria i Sala i Servei, una iniciativa adre\u00e7ada als centres \u2014tant p\u00fablics com privats\u2014 que imparteixen Programes de Formaci\u00f3 i Inserci\u00f3 (PFI) de la fam\u00edlia professional d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme, amb el suport de CaixaBank Dualitza i la participaci\u00f3 de Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest concurs s\u2019ha consolidat com una cita de refer\u00e8ncia per als centres PFI d\u2019arreu de Catalunya, ja que ofereix a l\u2019alumnat l\u2019oportunitat de demostrar els seus coneixements i habilitats en un entorn real, motivador i molt proper a la realitat professional del sector. A m\u00e9s de valorar les compet\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques pr\u00f2pies de cada especialitat, posa especial atenci\u00f3 en aspectes clau com la creativitat, la gesti\u00f3 del temps, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, el treball en equip i la capacitat de resoluci\u00f3, compet\u00e8ncies essencials per al futur professional dels participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concurs compta amb una fase eliminat\u00f2ria pr\u00e8via que ha perm\u00e8s seleccionar les sis parelles finalistes de cadascuna de les categories, que han competit a la final celebrada el 13 de maig de 2026 a l\u2019Institut Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona (EHTB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fil conductor d\u2019enguany ha estat la cuina verda i el reaprofitament alimentari, una proposta centrada en la sostenibilitat, el consum responsable i la capacitat de crear elaboracions de qualitat aprofitant al m\u00e0xim els ingredients disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada ha comptat amb representants de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels PFI, de l\u2019EHTB i de les entitats col\u00b7laboradores. Durant la cloenda han intervingut la Sra. Roser Vives, directora de l\u2019Institut Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona; el Sr. Ricard Guillem, coordinador territorial de Catalunya, la Comunitat Valenciana, M\u00farcia i les Illes Balears de CaixaBank Dualitza; el Sr. V\u00edctor Herrero, gestor de comunicaci\u00f3 de Coca-Cola Europacific Partners; i el Sr. Ricard Coma, director general d\u2019Ordenaci\u00f3 i Integraci\u00f3 de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Centres professorat, empreses i institucions en una jornada dedicada a la cuina verda i el reaprofitament, un fil conductor estretament vinculat a la realitat del sector
