L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s visibilitzar el paper de les dones dins l\u2019enologia, un sector on sovint s\u00f3n poc visibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aix\u00ed doncs des del dimarts 3 de mar\u00e7 fins al dijous 5 de mar\u00e7, al restaurant pedag\u00f2gic es serviran vins produ\u00efts per en\u00f2logues sent aquests els vins que es podran tastar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Restaurant pedag\u00f2gic:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1r Entrant<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blanc de folls 2024 2024 &#8211; D.O Conca de Barber\u00e0, 12 % Alc. 100 % Macabeu. Vinyes situades en el municipi de Montblanc Vi blanc jove amb notes florals, fruita blanca i una bona acidesa. La jove en\u00f2loga Marta Prada dirigeix aquest petit Celler ubicat a Montblanc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2n Entrant<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00e0rbara For\u00e9s rosat 2024 &#8211; D.O. Terra Alta, 13,5% Alc. 57 % Garnatxa Negra, 21% Sams\u00f3 (Cari\u00f1ena) i 22 % Syrah. Gandesa (capital de comarca de la Terra Alta. Vi rosat jove afruitat, fresc i amb cos. A les aromes a fruita vermella fresca marquen d&#8217;inici en nas. En boca \u00e9s expressiu, \u00e0gil i molt llarg. La Carmen Ferrer i la seva filla la Pili Sanmart\u00edn Ferrer, s\u00f3n la 3a i 4a generaci\u00f3 del Celler<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peix<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Espelt quinze roures 2024 &#8211; D.O. Empord\u00e0, 13 Alc. 75% Lledoner blanc i 25% Lledoner roig. Mas Espelt, Vilaju\u00efga (Girona). IVA incl\u00f2s \/ IVA incluido \/ VAT<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019alumnat de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3 i de Direcci\u00f3 en Serveis s\u2019encarregar\u00e0 d\u2019explicar a la nostra clientela les caracter\u00edstiques enol\u00f2giques d\u2019aquesta selecci\u00f3 que confiem ser\u00e0 del seu gust.<br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nAl voltant tamb\u00e9 del Dia Internacional de la Dona Treballadora, aquests dies i fins al 5 de mar\u00e7 l\u2019escola acull l\u2019exposici\u00f3: \u00abEcofeminismes Augmentats: Clima, Aigua i Dones\u00bb dins el marc de l\u2019ApS amb qu\u00e8 col.labora el grup de 1r d\u2019IFE amb la Fundaci\u00f3 Espigoladors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta exposici\u00f3 convida a reflexionar sobre les interaccions que hi ha entre el canvi clim\u00e0tic, els ecosistemes d\u2019aigua dol\u00e7a i l\u2019ecofeminisme. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019un recorregut que combina la realitat augmentada amb material cient\u00edfic, pl\u00e0stic i audiovisual, les autores q\u00fcestionen la gesti\u00f3 actual de les problem\u00e0tiques ambientals relacionades amb l\u2019aigua i exploren un futur possible basat en mirades, veus i idees alternatives al model de gesti\u00f3 contemporani.<br \/>\nSi encara no l\u2019heu visitat, us convidem a fer-ho.
