En la mateixa jornada hem estat introdu\u00efts al caf\u00e8 de filtre, rebent continguts te\u00f2rics i participant despr\u00e8s en la seva demostraci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dijous 6 de Juny:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Amb la demostraci\u00f3 del servei de Capuccinos, Xavier Iglesias ens explica els punts a tenir en compte a l&#8217;hora de escumar la llet com s\u00f3n: neteja pr\u00e8via del vaporitzador, col\u2022locaci\u00f3 de la gerra i temperatura id\u00f2nia de la llet.
