Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una de les ciutats m\u00e9s grans de tota Fran\u00e7a, on va n\u00e9ixer la <i>Nouvelle cuisine<\/i> de la m\u00e0 del gran mestre Paul Bocuse.<\/p>\n<p>Volem compartir amb vosaltres l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia del nostre alumnat, aix\u00ed com algunes dades sobre la ciutat i els seus voltants.:<br \/>\n\u00ab<i>Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia Erasmus a Li\u00f3 ha estat per a mi una viv\u00e8ncia molt enriquidora, tant en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit personal com professional. Malgrat haver-hi estat nom\u00e9s un mes, sento que he apr\u00e8s molt\u00edssim. M&#8217;emporto records inoblidables, nous coneixements i una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia del m\u00f3n.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Recomano encaridament a qualsevol estudiant que aprofiti l&#8217;oportunitat de realitzar una estada a l&#8217;estranger. \u00c9s una forma \u00fanica de cr\u00e9ixer, con\u00e8ixer altres cultures, enfrontar-se a nous reptes i sortir del cercle habitual de confort. Estic molt agra\u00eft per aquesta oportunitat i tant de bo pugui repetir una experi\u00e8ncia semblant en el futur.\u00bb <\/i><b><i>PAU ZAMBRANA<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<i>En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit professional, les meves pr\u00e0ctiques al restaurant \u201cLes Fr\u00e8res Barbet\u201d han estat una experi\u00e8ncia que considero molt positiva. Durant aquest per\u00edode, he adquirit nous coneixements i habilitats, especialment pel que fa a la preparaci\u00f3 de salses tradicionals de Li\u00f3, aix\u00ed com a l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de diverses postres com el tiramis\u00fa, la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, la mousse de xocolata i unes postres regionals a base de pralin\u00e9 de rose. Tamb\u00e9 hi he apr\u00e8s t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries aplicades a la carn que abans no havia vist mai.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Per a mi, la mobilitat Erasmus+ ha suposat una experi\u00e8ncia inoblidable i molt formativa. He millorat les meves compet\u00e8ncies professionals, he refor\u00e7at la meva autonomia personal i ampliat la meva visi\u00f3 del m\u00f3n.\u00bb\u00a0 <\/i><b><i>FANLY YANG<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<i>La meva experi\u00e8ncia Erasmus a Li\u00f3 ha estat profundament enriquidora, tant a nivell personal com cultural. Aquesta ciutat m\u2019ha perm\u00e8s submergir-me per complet en la cultura francesa i en un entorn din\u00e0mic, acollidor i ple d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria.\u00bb <\/i><b><i>\u00a0CAROL CRUZ.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<i>Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia Erasmus m&#8217;ha perm\u00e8s descobrir una cultura nova, millorar la meva autonomia i con\u00e8ixer la realitat del m\u00f3n laboral a l&#8217;estranger. Tot i que l&#8217;empresa no em va oferir tot el que esperava quant a aprenentatge t\u00e8cnic, vaig valorar positivament tot all\u00f2 viscut i m&#8217;emporto aprenentatges que em serviran per al futur. A m\u00e9s, he pogut gaudir molt\u00edssim de la bellesa i la riquesa cultural de Fran\u00e7a, especialment de ciutats com Li\u00f3 i Par\u00eds. Tamb\u00e9 he pogut practicar l&#8217;idioma i comunicar-me millor en franc\u00e8s, cosa que considero un gran \u00e8xit personal.\u00bb\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><i>KHADIJA BEN CHIKH<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>ERASMUS+ ESTADA A TOR\u00cd A L\u2019HOTEL NH TORINO LINGOTTO CONGRESS\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tor\u00ed, capital de la regi\u00f3 del Piemont, \u00e9s una ciutat del nord d\u2019It\u00e0lia coneguda per la seva arquitectura i la seva cuina refinades. Al nord-est de la ciutat s\u2019alcen els Alps.<\/p>\n<p>Durant un mes, tres alumnes del CFGM de Serveis de Restauraci\u00f3 s\u2019han estat a Tor\u00ed i volem compartir les seves experi\u00e8ncies :<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAquesta estada Erasmus ha estat quelcom que mai no olvidar\u00e9. He apr\u00e8s molt\u00edssim treballant a l&#8217;Hotel Lingotto, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 he crescut com a persona vivint a un altre pa\u00eds, descobrint una cultura diferent i enfrontant-me a nous reptes. M\u2019emporto no nom\u00e9s coneixements sobre restauraci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 records, amistats i moltes an\u00e8cdotes que sempre guardar\u00e9 amb mi. Ha estat una oportunitat \u00fanica que recomanaria sense cap dubte a qualsevol estudiant<i>.\u00bb <\/i><b>\u00a0BILLY DANIEL YUCRA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00abLes activitats a l\u2019empresa han estat adequades als meus objectius i, a m\u00e9s, he tingut l\u2019oportunitat de visitar tota la ciutat i rodalies sense problemes, tot plegat de manera entretinguda. A l&#8217;empresa he estat molt a gust, ja que els companys ens van tractar de 10<i>.\u00bb\u00a0 <\/i><b>PEDRO GARC\u00cdA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa meva impressi\u00f3 del pa\u00eds \u00e9s que es tracta d\u2019un indret on a l\u2019estiu fa molta calor i a on les tradicions tenen una gran import\u00e0ncia. Aquest fet es pot observar a tot arreu: a l\u2019aspecte dels carrers de la ciutat, a la manera en qu\u00e8 interactua la gent i a les seves activitats di\u00e0ries. Em va cridar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 la seva manera de conduir, molt menys curosa que a casa nostra. Pel que fa als h\u00e0bits de consum, cal destacar la import\u00e0ncia del caf\u00e8 com a element clau del seu quotidi\u00e0: el beuen a totes hores, sempre espresso, i \u00e9s bon\u00edssim!<i>.\u00bb <\/i>\u00a0<b>V<\/b><b>\u00cdCTOR GARC\u00cdA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu88\/2025\/10\/foto-Erasmus.png\"><img
