aliments i un mestre pastisser ens van oferir , a trav\u00e9s de les seves explicacions i demostracions , resposta a moltes de les preguntes i curiositats que molts cops ens sorgeixen quan estem pastisser i professor del departament d\u2019Aliment\u00e0ria de l\u2019EHTB, i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels alumnes del CFGM de Forneria, Pastisseria i Confiteria Jiovanna Marneli i Bernat P\u00e9rez i Pons, es van encarregar de despertar-nos la curiositat i a continuaci\u00f3 demostrar-nos el perqu\u00e8 de molts dels secrets que fan possible els aliments que mengem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La metodologia va consistir en l\u2019explicaci\u00f3 de diferents conceptes i fonaments de l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 d\u2019additius, ingredients i processos alimentaris tot seguit de la corresponent aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica dels mateixos relacionant-ho amb els diferents materials, equips i espais que podem trobar en una cuina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Es van aprofitar les instal\u00b7lacions de l\u2019aula demo per fer m\u00e9s atractives i operatives les demostracions pr\u00e0ctiques, conjuntant-les amb les presentacions a la pantalla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Es van elaborar i degustar mousses, esferificacions, aires, emulsions, garnaches, caramelitzacions&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..i molts altres productes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Professors i alumnes assistents (fora d\u2019horaris lectius) van seguir amb inter\u00e8s aquestes activitats i l\u2019equip organitzador vol agrair expressament la seva participaci\u00f3 i compartir la satisfacci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta experi\u00e8ncia, que esperem tingui continu\u00eftat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size:
