{"id":778,"date":"2015-02-18T19:22:04","date_gmt":"2015-02-18T18:22:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?page_id=778"},"modified":"2024-01-26T12:32:13","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T11:32:13","slug":"assistencia-i-puntualitat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/linstitut\/assistencia-i-puntualitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Assist\u00e8ncia i puntualitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Les classes comencen en sonar el timbre.\u00a0L\u2019alumne\/a que entri amb retard despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquest timbre, ser\u00e0 adm\u00e8s\/a a l\u2019aula o espai docent en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupa l\u2019activitat, per\u00f2 li constar\u00e0 un retard si entra durant els primers 15 minuts o com a falta d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia si ho fa passats els primers 15 minuts de la classe. Tres retards equivaldran a una falta d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia dels alumnes \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria a totes les hores previstes per a cadascuna de les unitats formatives que es cursin, incloses les hores de pres\u00e8ncia en els centres de treball on es cursa l&#8217;FCT. L&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia a classe \u00e9s condici\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria que permet l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 continuada.<\/li>\n<li>No obstant aix\u00f2, cada departament docent, podr\u00e0 determinar les unitats formatives en les quals l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia no sigui obligat\u00f2ria per a aquells alumnes que estiguin matriculats en el segon curs i hagin de repetir algunes unitats formatives de primer curs.<\/li>\n<li>El centre t\u00e9 un registre de les faltes dels alumnes. En el cas dels alumnes menors d\u2019edat, es comunicar\u00e0 peri\u00f2dicament als seus pares les abs\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<li>El professorat t\u00e9 l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de registrar las faltes d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de l\u2019alumnat a la base de dades inform\u00e0tica, centralitzada, de qu\u00e8 disposa el centre. El registre d\u2019aquestes dades haur\u00e0 de realitzar-se di\u00e0riament.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019alumnat que superi el percentatge de faltes d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia establert per a cada Unitat Formativa o M\u00f2dul perdr\u00e0 el dret a l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 continuada, mantenint el dret de presentar-se a la segona convocat\u00f2ria de la unitat formativa o m\u00f2dul afectat.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019alumne o els pares o tutors legals, en el cas d\u2019alumnes menors d\u2019edat, rebran notificaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest fet.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s responsabilitat de cada departament docent establir aquests percentatges de faltes d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia i incloure aquesta informaci\u00f3 en el full de criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de cada m\u00f2dul que es facilita a l\u2019alumnat a principi de curs.<\/li>\n<li>Baixa d\u2019ofici: El Director\/a donar\u00e0 de baixa d\u2019ofici a tot l\u2019alumnat matriculat en el centre que, en el transcurs de 10 dies lectius ininterromputs, no hagi assistit a cap unitat formativa ni hagi donat cap justificaci\u00f3 per la seva abs\u00e8ncia.
