{"id":5354,"date":"2020-04-16T10:35:04","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T08:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/?page_id=5354"},"modified":"2026-01-28T18:29:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T17:29:07","slug":"que-es-la-fct","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesehtb\/linstitut\/practiques-en-empresa\/que-es-la-fct\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les pr\u00e0ctiques en empresa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"titols\" style=\"color: #ff6600; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>QU\u00c8 \u00c9S LA FORMACI\u00d3 EN CENTRES DE TREBALL?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019objectiu de facilitar que les empreses comptin amb professionals ben formats segons les seves necessitats, a Catalunya es pot optar per dues modalitats d\u2019 estada en empresa o Formaci\u00f3 Professional Dual: General i Intensiva.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius de la formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica en empresa, en relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019alumnat, s\u00f3n:<br \/>\n1.Desenvolupar, en un context laboral, els aprenentatges curriculars adquirits.<br \/>\n2.Contrastar les capacitats i els interessos amb un entorn real de treball com a suport de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 professional.<br \/>\n3.Integrar-se en les funcions i els processos de treball i en el marc de relacions socials i laborals que tenen lloc en les empreses i entitats.<br \/>\n4.Assolir nous coneixements i capacitats relacionats amb els objectius d\u2019aprenentatge establerts en el curr\u00edculum dels ensenyaments que s\u2019estan cursant.<br \/>\n5.Adquirir coneixements i habilitats que facilitin la transici\u00f3 a la vida activa i la inserci\u00f3 laboral.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 professional en centres de treball s\u00f3n pr\u00e0ctiques i estades formatives no laborals que realitza l\u2019alumnat d\u2019ensenyaments postobligatoris en centres de treball, mitjan\u00e7ant un acord de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 que subscriuen el centre docent i l\u2019empresa. Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques formen part del programa formatiu (curricular) d&#8217;aquests ensenyaments.<\/p>\n<p>La modalitat <strong>Dual General<\/strong> consisteix en estades formatives no laborals, no remunerades, que l\u2019alumnat d\u2019ensenyaments postobligatoris realitza en empreses. Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques, gestionades mitjan\u00e7ant un acord entre el centre educatiu i l\u2019empresa, formen part del curr\u00edculum oficial del cicle formatiu.<\/p>\n<p>En canvi, la modalitat <strong>Dual Intensiva<\/strong> integra l\u2019estada a l\u2019empresa amb un contracte (salari) o una beca (aportaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica), tot combinant la formaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica amb la pr\u00e0ctica professional retribu\u00efda. Aquesta opci\u00f3 enforteix la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre centres educatius i empreses al llarg del proc\u00e9s formatiu.<\/p>\n<p>El centre ofereix tots els cicles formatius tant en modalitat Dual General com en Dual Intensiva.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat matriculat a primer curs dels cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 (GM) i grau superior (GS) rebr\u00e0 informaci\u00f3 detallada sobre el funcionament de la formaci\u00f3 Dual durant el primer trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat pot fer la seva estada formativa a primer o segon curs, escollint entre:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dual General: 515 hores no retribu\u00efdes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dual Intensiva: entre 900 i 1.000 hores retribu\u00efdes, amb contracte o beca, segons el Reial Decret 659\/2023, de 18 de juliol, que regula l\u2019ordenaci\u00f3 de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exempcions:<\/strong> Aquell alumnat que demostri tenir experi\u00e8ncia laboral m\u00ednima podr\u00e0 acollir-se a una exempci\u00f3 parcial o total de les hores d\u2019Estada en empresa o Dual general del curs, sempre i quan ho sol\u00b7liciti i aporti la documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria. Cal que l\u2019alumne\/a entengui que les exempcions no s\u00f3n acumulables entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cal tenir en compte que<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019exempci\u00f3 de les hores de pr\u00e0ctiques nom\u00e9s s\u2019aplica a la modalitat Dual General.
