L\u2019Erasmus KA2 est\u00e0 dintre de la fam\u00edlia K202. Ismael \u00e9s estudiant de 2n de CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia i Fran\u00e7oise \u00e9s estudiant de 2n de CFGM de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3. Van estar dos setmanes en l\u2019escola i un mes realitzant practiques en un hotel 5* a prop de Marsella.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Denisse Perez i Rodrigo Oviedo<\/strong> van realitzar la seva estada a <strong>Setubal<\/strong>, una regi\u00f3 propera a Lisboa. Setubal es situa davant de la illa de Troia\u00a0 i a la dreta t\u00e9 la serra d\u2019Arrabida.<\/p>\n<p>La seva estada es va fer al Restaurant De Pedra e Sal i l\u2019estada a l\u2019escola va ser a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Setubal. Denisse cursa 2n de CFGM de Cuina i Rodrigo 2n de CFGM de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, exposem la visi\u00f3 de <strong>Rodrigo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MY EXPERIENCE IN SET\u00daBAL <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hello, my name is Rodrigo Oviedo i\u2019m one of the students who applied for the K2A project and went to, in my case, Portugal-Setubal, i want to share my experience. So, it was a really nice experience, we took an airplane in Barcelona to Lisbon, it took us only just 4 hours to get to the airport, so the main the Director of the hospitality and tourism school pick us with a car, and we went to Set\u00fabal. So how nice is Set\u00fabal? Well, it\u2019s a really good looking place for go for vacations, the streets and the houses gives you the essence of a maritime port and the life of daily way of a town. At first we arrived to the school and the Director show us how it&#8217;s going to be our days there, the center, the coffee break, the classrooms, etc.<\/p>\n<p>We lived there sharing rooms with students, the house was really nice, you can cook yourself, they have comfy rooms and rest rooms for just chill and sleep. Pedra e Sal restaurant Pedra e Sl Hostel rest room At the end of working in the restaurant we can leave the hostel or stay and chill, but was nice walk at the streets and dining in different restaurants, the type of food it\u2019s always really good and not so different from another country or places, the amount of food its different, they give you enormous plates with a lot of things, salads and things they have a lot of ingredients. Setubal it\u2019s a place that people live thanks to the sea, they take a loot of fish and seafood so that makes the type of food at Setubal, but also meat and other type of food that you can taste. Choco Frito and assortment table.<\/p>\n<p>Our principal role was just sitting there listening and watching how the students make things, i was there just talking and watching and sometimes i wanted to share things with them, talking about our differences in school or how is this in our school. I\u2019ve enjoy a lot of things but the most important for me was meeting a lot of people there like Rosa, and some students that made my days there, we did a lot of things. For those who are thinking is it worth it travel to another country and do this experience? Yes, is worth it but you have to work hard as i did for it. Van fer l\u2019estada en una restaurant amb una estrella Michelin i van aprofitar l\u2019estada per visitar diferents cellers de la zona de Barolo aix\u00ed com formatgeres de la zona.<\/p>\n<p><a
