Mozart.<\/p>\n<p>El 1791, i en plena composici\u00f3 de<i>\u00a0La flauta m\u00e0gica<\/i>, Mozart va rebre l\u2019enc\u00e0rrec d\u2019escriure una \u00f2pera que festeg\u00e9s la coronaci\u00f3 de Leopold II com a rei de Boh\u00e8mia. Estrenada a Praga, l\u2019\u00faltima \u00f2pera del cat\u00e0leg mozarti\u00e0 \u00e9s una revisitaci\u00f3 del g\u00e8nere seri\u00f3s, en el context d\u2019un drama ambientat a la Roma del segle i dC.<\/p>\n<p>La passi\u00f3 amorosa i els odis marquen la complexa relaci\u00f3 entre Vitellia i Sesto, amb la figura central de l\u2019emperador Tito com a v\u00e8rtex de la trama. Per tot plegat, Mozart es rendeix a les convencions de l\u2019\u00f2pera seriosa per\u00f2 amb aires nous i amb voluntat regeneradora del
