En aquest context, hem determinat la quantitat de vitamina C en fruita (taronja, llimona, aranja, kiwi i mandarina) i tamb\u00e9 en sucs de fruita comercials.<br \/>\nHo hem fet mitjan\u00e7ant una reacci\u00f3 d&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00e0cid asc\u00f2rbic (vitamina C) amb una soluci\u00f3 de iode (betadine\u00ae) i mid\u00f3.
