La sortida va comen\u00e7ar a primera hora del mat\u00ed, caminant fins a l\u2019Illa de Salzes de Celr\u00e0, on els monitors ens esperaven amb tot el material necessari. Abans de pujar al caiac, ens varen donar nocions b\u00e0siques de com dirigir-lo: girar, frenar, remar endavant, remar enrere, com agafar el rem, etc. V\u00e0rem poder posar-ho en pr\u00e0ctica navegant fins al terme municipal de Bordils recorrent uns 2 km riu avall.
