En aquest taller van aprendre que els nostre cos \u00e9s un univers format per tres planetes: el planeta cos, el planeta cor i el planeta cap i que \u00e9s important cuidar els tres planetes per tal de no desestabilitzar aquest univers. I com ho podem fer? Cuidant el nostre cos amb una bona alimentaci\u00f3, dormint b\u00e9 i duent una vida activa; comprenent les emocions i gestionant l\u2019estr\u00e8s; i treballant la resili\u00e8ncia i recordant, sobretot, que les emocions s\u00f3n passatgeres.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ja estem impacients per rebre el proper taller destinat a la gesti\u00f3 de
