Es treballa en dos \u00e0mbits: atenci\u00f3 directa-doc\u00e8ncia a l\u2019alumnat i en mat\u00e8ria de suport t\u00e8cnic al conjunt de la comunitat escolar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Composici\u00f3 del departament\u00a0 2025-2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orientadora de 1r i 2n d&#8217;ESO i cap de departament: Paola Buttiglione<\/p>\n<p>Orientadora de 3r i 4t d&#8217;ESO: Charo Gonz\u00e1lez<\/p>\n<p>Tutora de SIEI: Cristina Pizarro<\/p>\n<p>Educadora SIEI: Montse Anglada<\/p>\n<p>Mestra d\u2019audici\u00f3 i llenguatge: Ester Poza<\/p>\n<p>Composici\u00f3 dels professionals externs de psicopedagogia<\/p>\n<p>Psicopedagoga de l\u2019EAP: Irma Rold\u00e1n<\/p>\n<p>Treballadora social EAP: M\u00f2nica Moreno<\/p>\n<p>Educador social de l\u2019Ajuntament: Alex Serrano<\/p>\n<p>Logopeda del CREDA: Carla Artiola \/ Raquel Rodr\u00edguez<\/p>\n<p>Suport a SIEI i professora de religi\u00f3: M\u00aa Jos\u00e9 Humanes<\/p>\n<p>Vetlladores: Yolanda Escrig<\/p>\n<p>Fisioterapeuta: M\u00aa Jos\u00e9 Garrido<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funcions\u00a0 del departament de psicopedagogia\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A l\u2019Institut disposem d\u2019una\u00a0<strong>SIEI\u00a0<\/strong>com a mesura d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat amb m\u00e9s necessitats educatives especials, on es treballen l\u2019\u00e0rea instrumental de les matem\u00e0tiques, es fa suport educatiu (control d\u2019agenda, carpeta, preparaci\u00f3 d\u2019ex\u00e0mens, deures etc) i suport emocional. Est\u00e0 portada per 1\u20195 orientadores del centre i l\u2019educadora de SIEI.<\/li>\n<li>Portem a terme petits grups d\u2019atenci\u00f3 setmanal amb l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials i\/o dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge, per tal d\u2019ajudar-los en el seu creixement personal i escolar. S&#8217;encarreguen les dues orientadores del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Disposem d\u2019 un suport per\u00a0<strong>alumnat amb discapacitat auditiva<\/strong>.\u00a0Els referents i les persones que realitzen el suport educatiu als alumnes s\u00f3n la Mestra d&#8217;audici\u00f3 i llenguatge i la logopeda del CREDA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dins de la funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;orientador\u00a0de l\u2019institut es realitzen les seg\u00fcents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atenci\u00f3 directa a alumnat, fam\u00edlies i suport t\u00e8cnic a l\u2019equip docent, portant a terme detecci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat per tal d\u2019identificar les fortaleses i les barreres que dificulten l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuir a la millora del desenvolupament i formaci\u00f3 global de l\u2019alumnat, incidint espec\u00edficament en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat. A tercer d\u2019ESO es valora, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb el coordinador de nivell de 2n i 3r i la coordinadora pedag\u00f2gica, els alumnes que formaran part dels grups de diversitat.<\/li>\n<li>Es fan coordinacions de trasp\u00e0s prim\u00e0ria-secund\u00e0ria amb els centres vinculats, i es dona a con\u00e8ixer la informaci\u00f3 rebuda a l\u2019equip docent de primer.<\/li>\n<li>Es realitza un full d\u2019informaci\u00f3 al professorat\u00a0 per tal de donar a con\u00e8ixer les necessitats, dificultats que pugui tenir l\u2019alumnat NESE-NEE. Es fan arribar a l\u2019equip docent que realitza l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Es porta a terme un<strong>\u00a0suport i orientaci\u00f3 a l\u2019equip docent<\/strong>\u00a0pel que fa a la funci\u00f3 tutorial, tant als docents com a les tutories i coordinacions, per a un millor acompanyament a l\u2019alumnat i a les fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Es fan xerrades d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 en totes les tutories dels nivells de 3r i 4t d\u2019ESO.<\/li>\n<li>Es fa orientaci\u00f3 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit personal, acad\u00e8mic i professional a l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials i amb m\u00e9s dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laboren en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 dels\u00a0plans individuals\u00a0per a tot l\u2019alumnat que ho requereix.<\/li>\n<li>Les orientadores participen a la CAEI i a les Comissions Socials, aix\u00ed com a la Xarxa d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 a nivell de territori, per tal de fer el seguiment i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de les mesures m\u00e9s adients per a cada alumne\/a. Tamb\u00e9 per establir criteris i prioritzacions de les diferents mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat .<\/li>\n<li>Es fa el seguiment de l\u2019alumnat que presenta altes capacitats, tant en els aspectes emocionals com personals. Aquest curs, continua el projecte d\u2019Ampliaci\u00f3 curricular adre\u00e7at a aquest alumnat i d\u2019altres amb alt rendiment.<\/li>\n<li>Es fa el seguiment de l\u2019alumnat que est\u00e0 escolaritzat a la UEC.<\/li>\n<li>Es fan coordinacions amb els serveis externs (CSMIJ, AIS, tractaments privats, serveis educatius del departament d\u2019educaci\u00f3\u2026.).<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019informa i s\u2019ajuda a les fam\u00edlies susceptibles de fer demanda de les beques per alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>Es fa tutoritzaci\u00f3 de\u00a0 treballs de recerca de l\u2019alumnat de Batxillerat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DEPARTAMENT D&#8217;ORIENTACI\u00d3 EDUCATIVA &nbsp; Aquest departament est\u00e0 format per professorat que fa atenci\u00f3, assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat, fam\u00edlies i equip docent.
