Aquesta empresa familiar es remunta a l\u2019any 1551, data a la qual corresponen uns documents que acrediten que Jaume de Codorniu, el primer Codorniu, ja elaborava vi. Despr\u00e9s, el 1900, va comen\u00e7ar la producci\u00f3 de cava.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescorbera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1465\/2015\/03\/DSCN6505.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescorbera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1465\/2015\/03\/DSCN6505.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Molts edificis de les caves s\u00f3n modernistes i tenen una decoraci\u00f3 feta amb ampolles trencades, com un mosaic, tamb\u00e9 anomenada la t\u00e8cnica del trencad\u00eds. Us sona aquesta t\u00e8cnica? Com un mosaic? Doncs l\u2019arquitecte Josep Puig i Cadafalch i Antoni Gaud\u00ed eren deixebles del mateix mestre, Llu\u00eds Dom\u00e8nech i Montaner, i aprenien a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Arquitectura de Barcelona.
