a l&#8217;alumnat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La difer\u00e8ncia de nivell acad\u00e8mic de l&#8217;alumnat, sigui procedent de les escoles del municipi, d&#8217;altres o de l&#8217;estranger, el diferent moment maduratiu dels nois i noies, el mateix proc\u00e9s vital que \u00e9s l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia, algunes dificultats d&#8217;aprenentatges, diferents motivacions, interessos i h\u00e0bits de treball, obliguen el professorat a dotar-se de diferents estrat\u00e8gies per acompanyar el seu alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Per assolir aquest repte, el nostre centre promou el treball cooperatiu entre els diferents membres del professorat, una bona organitzaci\u00f3 de recursos del centre i l&#8217;establiment de mecanismes com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disminuir la r\u00e0tio en els grups que necessiten m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3 del professorat<\/li>\n<li>Un claustre amb experi\u00e8ncia amb alumnes amb diferents ritmes d&#8217;aprenentatge<\/li>\n<li>Classes amb dos professors en algunes mat\u00e8ries<\/li>\n<li>Mat\u00e8ries optatives en itineraris de 4t ESO, encaminades a orientar els alumnes pel que fa a l&#8217;etapa posterior (batxillerat, cicles formatius, integraci\u00f3 en el m\u00f3n laboral)<\/li>\n<li>Pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 tutorial molt propera a l&#8217;alumnat i a les fam\u00edlies<\/li>\n<li>Diversos recursos com aula d&#8217;acollida, USEE, aula oberta, servei de mediaci\u00f3 escolar, reunions peri\u00f2diques amb serveis socials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La difer\u00e8ncia de nivell
