{"id":1284,"date":"2017-06-02T08:34:59","date_gmt":"2017-06-02T06:34:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescollblanc\/?page_id=1284"},"modified":"2018-07-11T06:34:50","modified_gmt":"2018-07-11T04:34:50","slug":"siei","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescollblanc\/projecte-educatiu\/siei\/","title":{"rendered":"SIEI"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong>SIEI: SUPORT INTENSIU PER A L&#8217;ESCOLARITZACI\u00d3 INCLUSIVA<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A principi de curs es va incorporar a l&#8217;institut Collblanc l&#8217;equip SIEI, dos psicopedagogs i un vetllador destinats a donar\u00a0<strong>suport intensiu per a l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/strong>\u00a0d&#8217;alumnes amb NEE.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta unitat atenem entre 6 i10 alumnes. Es prioritza el suport al\u00a0 professorat del grup ordinari, mitjan\u00e7ant la concreci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies per fer possible la seva participaci\u00f3 en les activitats de l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria i\/o l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de materials espec\u00edfics o adaptats que facilitin la participaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest alumnat en les activitats generals del grup.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, es desenvolupen activitats espec\u00edfiques, individuals o en grup redu\u00eft, quan els continguts i les compet\u00e8ncies a desenvolupar ho fan indispensable.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Objectiu<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAfavorir l&#8217;autonomia i equilibri personal i el desenvolupament d\u2019habilitats socials dels alumnes. Les adaptacions que es fan les determinen en el seu pla individualitzat.<\/p>\n<p>En el Pla Individual es contemplen objectius espec\u00edfics d&#8217;habilitats adaptatives relatius a aspectes com Autonomia i iniciativa personal,\u00a0 Comunicaci\u00f3,\u00a0 Aprendre a aprendre i Viure en comunitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com treballem<\/strong><br \/>\nLa nostra manera de treballar \u00e9s molt flexible per adaptar-nos a les necessitats dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Els tipus b\u00e0sics d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Suport al grup ordinari.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies metodol\u00f2giques per afavorir l&#8217;assoliment dels continguts ordinaris del seu grup de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Elaboraci\u00f3 de materials espec\u00edfics.<\/li>\n<li>Habilitats socials i h\u00e0bits d\u2019autonomia personal<\/li>\n<li>Sortides<\/li>\n<li>Suport en petit grup<\/li>\n<li>Processos cognitius b\u00e0sics (percepci\u00f3, atenci\u00f3 i mem\u00f2ria)<\/li>\n<li>\u00das de l\u2019ordinador, eina d\u2019aprenentatge i
