Tamb\u00e9 n\u2019hi ha per fer activitat f\u00edsica dom\u00e8stica. S\u2019hi recomana fer entre 30 i 60 minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria, evitar estar m\u00e9s de 2 hores asseguts de forma continuada, fixar-se una rutina di\u00e0ria o vestir-se amb roba i cal\u00e7at c\u00f2modes.<\/p>\n<p>La campanya \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/esport.gencat.cat\/ca\/detalls\/Noticia\/nota-campanya-des-de-casa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gent activa des de casa!<\/a>\u2019 proposa a la ciutadania combinar tres tipus d\u2019exercicis diferents. En primer lloc, activitats aer\u00f2biques, com ara fer servir la bicicleta est\u00e0tica, l\u2019el\u00b7l\u00edptica o la cinta, o substituir-ho per c\u00f3rrer o caminar per casa, ballar i saltar a corda, que permeten activar les pulsacions i augmentar la circulaci\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia; en segon lloc, activitats de for\u00e7a, com ara abdominals, flexions, b\u00edceps i esquats per tonificar la musculatura i protegir els ossos, i, per \u00faltim, exercicis de flexibilitat i mobilitat articular, com ara estiraments de la musculatura, i de cames, esquena, tronc, bra\u00e7os i coll, i tamb\u00e9 mobilitat i rotacions articulars, que ajuden a prevenir lesions i a reduir el dolor de les articulacions.<\/p>\n<p>Les diverses peces animades, que tamb\u00e9 proposaran rutines adaptades a les capacitats de persones de totes les edats fetes per professionals de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica i de l\u2019esport, es difondran per les xarxes socials Facebook, Twitter i Instagram de la Secretaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Generalitat envia consells per mantenir-se actiu des de casa \u2018La Secretaria General de l\u2019Esport i de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica ha posat en marxa la campanya \u2018Gent activa des de casa!\u2019 per donar consells \u00fatils per un confinament actiu i saludable pel coronavirus.
