I com ho fem? Doncs optem pel di\u00e0leg i la mediaci\u00f3 com a eines fonamentals en la gesti\u00f3 de conflictes, i dotant els alumnes d\u2019unes habilitats personals, socials i comunicatives que els permetin incorporar-se de manera competent dins una societat cada vegada m\u00e9s diversa i din\u00e0mica.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, ens anem formant com a equip i compartim propostes noves per assolir el benestar per a tots els agents de la comunitat educativa: l&#8217;alumnat, les seves fam\u00edlies, el professorat i el PAS.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>COMISSI\u00d3 DE CONVIV\u00c8NCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La conviv\u00e8ncia al centre est\u00e0 encap\u00e7alada per la comissi\u00f3 de conviv\u00e8ncia que va comen\u00e7ar a funcionar el curs 2018-19 i actualment est\u00e0 formada per 4 membres amb representaci\u00f3 de l\u2019equip directiu i equips de tutors i es reuneixen una hora a la setmana.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Els temes que s\u2019hi tracten poden ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Valoraci\u00f3 de casos d\u2019alumnes amb problemes de relaci\u00f3 i\/o conducta.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Entrevistes amb fam\u00edlies que requereixen ajuda per reconduir aquestes situacions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Valoraci\u00f3 de possibles casos d\u2019assetjament. Si cal, intervenci\u00f3, comunicaci\u00f3 i acompanyament.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Revisi\u00f3 del pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mediacions dirigides (el mediador \u00e9s un docent).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Propostes i seguiment d\u2019activitats de prevenci\u00f3: pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, mediacions entre iguals i equips per a la conviv\u00e8ncia\u2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>EQUIPS PER A LA CONVIV\u00c8NCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Un dels projectes que ha impulsat la comissi\u00f3 de conviv\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n els Equips per a la Conviv\u00e8ncia que estan formats per alumnat que contribueixen activament en l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i observaci\u00f3 conscient al centre, esdevenint promotors de la conviv\u00e8ncia positiva.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aquest alumnat s\u2019encarrega de potenciar l\u2019observaci\u00f3 del benestar i les relacions entre alumnat, empoderar a l\u2019alumnat en el seu paper en la promoci\u00f3 del benestar i la conviv\u00e8ncia positiva, esdevenir referents de confian\u00e7a entre iguals i col\u00b7laborar en la detecci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 de situacions de risc d\u2019assetjament i ciberassetjament.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La participaci\u00f3 en aquests equips \u00e9s totalment volunt\u00e0ria i hi t\u00e9 cabuda alumnat de tots nivells de l\u2019ESO. Els equips es reuneixen mensualment en hores de pati amb la comissi\u00f3 de conviv\u00e8ncia per realitzar diferents activitats i din\u00e0miques que poden transferir a la seva vida al centre i compartir amb els seus grups de tutoria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>MEDIACI\u00d3 ENTRE IGUALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Un altre projecte consolidat \u00e9s el servei de mediaci\u00f3 entre iguals format per alumnes que poden intervenir en mediacions entre companys. Aquest alumnat ha estat format per l\u2019equip d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 del centre i agents dels Mossos d\u2019Esquadra dins del Projecte Internet segura: De tu a tu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aquest projecte, seguint les \u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies europees, empodera l\u2019alumnat adquirint un major protagonisme en el moment de resoldre conflictes entre ells. No obstant, els conflictes greus seran assumits per la Direcci\u00f3 del centre o l\u2019equip de psicopedagogia\/orientaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La promoci\u00f3 del benestar no nom\u00e9s es garanteix a partir d\u2019activitats de prevenci\u00f3 sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a partir d\u2019una intervenci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida i eficient.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Per aquest motiu, la comissi\u00f3 de conviv\u00e8ncia s\u2019encarrega de revisar els canals i les vies de comunicaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 quan es detectin situacions d\u2019alerta es pugui fer una valoraci\u00f3 de cada cas i intervenir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Els diferents agents que intervenen en la vida al centre estan informats d\u2019aquests protocols, per\u00f2, tot i aix\u00f2, la comissi\u00f3 de conviv\u00e8ncia posa a l\u2019abast de tothom el seg\u00fcent formulari per comunicar diferents situacions que els puguin preocupar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/wS7kykeTDBMAAD5BA\">Formulari situacions d&#8217;alerta\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1M_ggRFama8nOTKj9_Ti3riDQKGHTkyGA\/view?usp=drive_link\">Resum servei de mediaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1eImV93a48DA5FgVhKVK10jcfVed3umNq\/view?usp=drive_link\">Protocol fam\u00edlies assetjament<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de l&#8217;Institut de Cass\u00e0 apostem per una educaci\u00f3 integral del nostre alumnat perqu\u00e8 el dia de dem\u00e0 esdevinguin persones adultes responsables amb elles mateixes i amb el seu entorn.
