{"id":2375,"date":"2022-05-30T21:28:04","date_gmt":"2022-05-30T19:28:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/?page_id=2375"},"modified":"2023-05-20T19:40:53","modified_gmt":"2023-05-20T17:40:53","slug":"diagnosi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/edc\/part-estrategica-2\/diagnosi\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagnosi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>FONTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les eines utilitzades per diagnosticar el centre van ser diverses i van implicar diversos membres de la comunitat educativa: professorat, alumnes, fam\u00edlies i equip administratiu.<\/p>\n<p>Les eines utilitzades s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>SELFIE for School<\/strong> \u00e9s una eina de reflexi\u00f3 personal en l\u00ednia desenvolupada per la Comissi\u00f3 Europea i un grup d&#8217;experts europeus en educaci\u00f3 per a escoles i per ajudar a les escoles a integrar la tecnologia digital en l&#8217;ensenyament i l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Al nostre institut vam elaborar les enquestes SELFIE en dues fases: a finals de febrer i a mitjans de maig del 2022. Posteriorment vam utilitzar les dades que vam recollir per reflexionar sobre els punts forts i punts febles de la nostra comunitat educativa, i aix\u00ed vam arribar a la redacci\u00f3 dels objectius que guiaran l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital dels propers mesos per a nosaltres. Projecte Pla TAC 2019<\/strong> \u00e9s el document de centre vigent on es reflecteixen els objectius i el pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 digital del centre en el per\u00edode 2019 al 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Google Form<\/strong> \u00e9s un document digital que ens permet crear enquestes, fer preguntes i recollir informaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia per, posteriorment processar les dades i respostes obtingudes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AN\u00c0LISI DAFO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2495\/2023\/04\/DAFO_IMCF.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2742\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2495\/2023\/04\/DAFO_IMCF-1024x523.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2495\/2023\/04\/DAFO_IMCF-1024x523.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2495\/2023\/04\/DAFO_IMCF-300x153.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2495\/2023\/04\/DAFO_IMCF-768x392.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarrascobarcelona\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2495\/2023\/04\/DAFO_IMCF.jpg 1055w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tal com es despr\u00e8n de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi DAFO precedent, veiem que partim d&#8217;un pla TAC que es va iniciar a finals del 2019, el centre ha experimentat en entorns virtuals d&#8217;aprenentatge i en organitzaci\u00f3 digital de centre (correu corporatiu, Drive compartit per \u00e0mbits i docents per gestionar la informaci\u00f3 de centre, reunions virtuals).\u00a0 Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e8via ens va permetre donar resposta r\u00e0pida als confinaments que es van produir arran de la COVID i va permetre organitzar cursos en l\u00ednia i semipresencials adaptant el curr\u00edculum a la nova situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El fet que el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha subministrat port\u00e0tils als alumnes de 3r d\u2019ESO fins 2n de Batxillerat ha perm\u00e8s desenvolupar activitats digitals aprofitant l\u2019entorn virtual desenvolupat pr\u00e8viament amb el pla TAC.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que no hem partit de zero, som conscients que podem millorar digitalment i ens estem aprofitant d\u2019aquesta empenta del departament amb fons europeus per assolir una compet\u00e8ncia digital dels alumnes, professors i fam\u00edlies i gestionar una cultura digital de centre.<\/p>\n<p>El canvi de llei en mat\u00e8ria curricular i la dedicaci\u00f3 del professorat en fer el canvi de paradigma que comporta una estrat\u00e8gia competencial envers una estrat\u00e8gia curricular i adaptar les nostres programacions a la nova llei ha restat temps al fet que el professorat pogu\u00e9s adaptar activitats introduint t\u00e8cniques i compet\u00e8ncies digitals a les activitats que es fan a classe.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les tasques que s\u2019ha d\u2019abordar \u00e9s donar forma de norma a tots els procediments digitals que s\u2019estan creant i fer-les arribar a tots els membres de la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>El fet que 1r i 2n d\u2019ESO no tingui de moment un port\u00e0til per alumne, ens obliga a mantenir les aules tradicionals d\u2019inform\u00e0tica i d\u2019idiomes i no ens permet implementar una optimitzaci\u00f3 dels espais on ens permetin fer multitasca i activitats o situacions d\u2019aprenentatges m\u00e9s completes en mat\u00e8ria digital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FONTS Les eines utilitzades per diagnosticar el centre van ser diverses i van implicar diversos membres de la comunitat educativa: professorat, alumnes, fam\u00edlies i equip administratiu.
