Aix\u00ed, han demostrat que jugar no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s un entreteniment, sin\u00f3 una porta d&#8217;acc\u00e9s al coneixement i al creixement personal.<\/p>\n<p>Vam comen\u00e7ar amb una xerrada introduct\u00f2ria feta per David Ruip\u00e9rez Ordas, responsable de producci\u00f3 i recursos humans de l&#8217;empresa catalana de joguines Londji, que ens va ajudar a plantejar el repte i donar estrat\u00e8gies de com afrontar-lo.
