{"id":3432,"date":"2019-10-03T17:44:08","date_gmt":"2019-10-03T15:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarlesrahola\/?page_id=3432"},"modified":"2020-01-16T13:26:34","modified_gmt":"2020-01-16T12:26:34","slug":"math-and-art","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarlesrahola\/projectes\/erasmus\/math-and-art\/","title":{"rendered":"Math and Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6 class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #808080;\"><b>Math and Art walk together<\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The project is called &#8220;Math and Art Walk Together&#8221; and works as maths are present in different artistic processes: architecture, design, painting, sculpture and music. This year, the proposal was presented with the educational centers of Warzawa in Poland, Limassol in Cyprus, Naples in Italy and Paredes in Portugal (which finally fell from the project). The project is structured in several phases: <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">1. The center works with the discovery of the relationship between mathematics and music. Our project wants to relate the mathematical proportions in musical compositions. From the discovery of the figure of Pythagoras and its discoveries, the different relationships between sounds, the heights of notes, frequencies and compositions can be learned. The Fibonacci series and its relationship with art will also be worked on. All 3rd year students will work on these topics from the theoretical and practical aspects. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">2. Work will be carried out so that the topic can be explained when pupils from outside the institute come and they can do the internship at the center. During the month of October of 2020, the visit of the teachers and students of the centers of Poland, Cyprus and Italy to Girona is planned. It will be a good opportunity to relate and share knowledge. The vehicular language will be English. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">3. At the same time, the project contains various mobility of students and teachers financed entirely by the EU. The first mobility with 8 students will take place in February of 2020, in Warsawa, Poland since 1st till 9th February. Students and accompanying teachers will be hosts in families and will share various activities with students from the other nationalities. The vehicular language will be English. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarlesrahola\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1066\/2019\/10\/MathArt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3454\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarlesrahola\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1066\/2019\/10\/MathArt-300x204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarlesrahola\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1066\/2019\/10\/MathArt-300x204.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescarlesrahola\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1066\/2019\/10\/MathArt.jpg 726w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The different mobilities want to deepen in specific subjects, concretely: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Poland, fractals. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Cyprus, architecture, proportions, figures, styles and forms. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Italy, drawing, sketches, representation of models, digitally. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Spain, music and maths and art and mathematics from Fibonacci.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Math and Art walk together<br \/>\nThe project is called &#8220;Math and Art Walk Together&#8221; and works as maths are present in different artistic processes: architecture, design, painting, sculpture and music.
