Repte Gen\u00e8tica de Gemma Marfany (UB) Setmana de la Ci\u00e8ncia 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019altre dia, els alumnes de segon de batxillerat que fem biologia, vam participar en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J_9O4cMOBKs&amp;feature=youtu.be\"><b>repte<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que va proposar la Gemma Marfany (doctora en biologia a la Universitat de Barcelona).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J_9O4cMOBKs?feature=youtu\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nosaltres, els alumnes de segon de batxillerat <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mario P\u00e9rez <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anna Porro<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> us animem perqu\u00e8 ho aconseguiu! i feu l\u2019experiment a casa vostra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El repte consisteix en fer un senzill experiment a casa per fer l&#8217;extracci\u00f3 i observar el nostre ADN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com podeu veure, \u00e9s un experiment molt f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid, encara que la teoria \u00e9s m\u00e9s complicada, primer, el que aconseguim mesclant l\u2019aigua i la sal \u00e9s formar ions clor i ions sodi, al glopejar, la mescla arrenca les nostres c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la nostra mucosa bucal, per tal de que al escopir quedin les nostres c\u00e8l\u00b7lules amb sodi i clor. Al afegir el sab\u00f3, trenquem el greix que cobreix les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules fent que els components (l\u00edpids, sucres, prote\u00efnes, ADN\u2026) quedin dispersats pel got.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els \u00e0cids nucleics s\u00f3n els que contenen l\u2019ADN (\u00e0cid desoxiribonucleic) i per poder veure-ho hem de transformar l\u2019\u00e0cid en una sal. Per fer-ho hem d\u2019afegir un i\u00f3 positiu : la sal. L\u2019\u00faltim a fer \u00e9s treure l\u2019aigua de l\u2019ADN i una manera f\u00e0cil de fer-ho \u00e9s afegint molta quantitat d\u2019alcohol, que al ser hidrof\u00edlic (atrau l\u2019aigua), deshidrata.
