{"id":742,"date":"2021-02-11T13:05:35","date_gmt":"2021-02-11T12:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanmas\/?page_id=742"},"modified":"2021-02-12T08:26:00","modified_gmt":"2021-02-12T07:26:00","slug":"pla-catala-desport","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanmas\/projecte-educatiu\/pla-catala-desport\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla catal\u00e0 d&#8217;esport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanmas\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2226\/2021\/02\/Pla-catal\u00e0-de-lesport.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-782 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanmas\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2226\/2021\/02\/Pla-catal\u00e0-de-lesport.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"177\" height=\"121\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Pla catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;esport pret\u00e9n posar a l&#8217;abast de tots els alumnes de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, i aprofitar el gran potencial d&#8217;aquestes activitats per contribuir a la formaci\u00f3 personal i c\u00edvica dels nostres infants i joves.<br \/>\nM\u00e9s concretament, podem destacar els objectius seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incrementar la participaci\u00f3 en activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives en horari no lectiu de l&#8217;alumnat dels centres educatius de prim\u00e0ria i de secund\u00e0ria, amb una incid\u00e8ncia especial en el col\u00b7lectiu de noies.<\/li>\n<li>Aprofitar el gran potencial educatiu i formatiu de les activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, cercant la participaci\u00f3 per damunt de la competitivitat.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar la funci\u00f3 integradora i de cohesi\u00f3 social de l&#8217;esport escolar, facilitant l&#8217;acc\u00e9s de tots els nens i nenes a la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva escolar, i en especial dels nouvinguts.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuir mitjan\u00e7ant la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva a la formaci\u00f3 en valors com la toler\u00e0ncia, el respecte als altres i a les regles, la confian\u00e7a en un mateix, l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de superaci\u00f3, l&#8217;autocr\u00edtica, l&#8217;autonomia, la capacitat de decisi\u00f3, l&#8217;autogesti\u00f3, la cooperaci\u00f3, el treball en equip, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la pr\u00e0ctica regular d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives i l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables que contribueixin a un millor benestar.<\/li>\n<li>Formar joves en els valors ciutadans mitjan\u00e7ant la seva participaci\u00f3 activa en la gesti\u00f3 de les associacions esportives escolars de nova creaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Pla catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;esport es basa en una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;actuacions entre les quals podem destacar les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creaci\u00f3 de les Associacions Esportives Escolars i Seccions Esportives Escolars als centres educatius, amb la participaci\u00f3 activa dels alumnes de secund\u00e0ria i de la resta de la comunitat educativa (equip directiu i AMPA), aix\u00ed com d&#8217;exalumnes o d&#8217;altres persones o entitats del barri.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 de les activitats, per mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;un professor\/a del centre educatiu, principalment d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica (amb incentius com la reducci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria).<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el centre educatiu, el consell esportiu i l\u2019ajuntament corresponent.<\/li>\n<li>Dinamitzaci\u00f3 per part dels l\u00edders del centre educatiu o del barri.<br \/>\nOferta d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives que responguin als interessos i demandes canviants dels nois i de les noies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pla catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;esport pret\u00e9n posar a l&#8217;abast de tots els alumnes de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives, i aprofitar el gran potencial d&#8217;aquestes activitats per contribuir a la formaci\u00f3 personal i c\u00edvica dels nostres infants i joves.
