A l\u2019assumpte del correu hi heu de fer constar Matr\u00edcula d\u2019ESO. En el cos hi ha d\u2019haver el nom de l\u2019alumne\/a que s\u2019ha de matricular i el de la persona que presenta els documents.<\/li>\n<li>Heu d\u2019adjuntar al correu els seg\u00fcents documents:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Carnet de vacunacions on figurin les dosis de vacunes rebudes amb les dates corresponents, o certificat m\u00e8dic oficial equivalent. Si l\u2019alumne\/a no ha estat vacunat per indicaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica o per altres circumst\u00e0ncies, cal presentar un certificat m\u00e8dic oficial.<\/li>\n<li>DNI de l\u2019alumne\/a, del pare\/mare, llibre de fam\u00edlia, targeta sanit\u00e0ria i butllet\u00ed de notes finals.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanet\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu966\/2019\/07\/Document-unic-d-autoritzacions-2019-2020.pdf\">Document d\u2019autoritzacions<\/a><\/strong> degudament emplenat.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanet\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu966\/2024\/06\/CartaCompromisEducatiu-1.pdf\">Carta Compromis Educatiu<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanet\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu966\/2024\/06\/Formulari-matricula-3.docx\">Formulari matricula 2024-25<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tal de formalitzar el pagament de les <strong>quotes de material i asseguran\u00e7a escolar<\/strong> (50\u20ac que es pagaran en dos terminis, un de 30\u20ac i un de 20\u20ac) i <strong>AFA<\/strong> (35\u20ac). El centre compta amb un sistema de pagament telem\u00e0tic mitjan\u00e7ant la plataforma TPV. El termini de pagament acaba el 30 de setembre. Rebreu un correu informant-vos que el pagament \u00e9s obert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podeu consultar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescanet\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu966\/2020\/07\/TPV_Escola.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong> el procediment per fer-ho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El llistat de <strong>llibres<\/strong> el trobareu a la p\u00e0gina web a partir del mes de juliol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>D\u2019acord amb la Resoluci\u00f3 de preinscripci\u00f3 i matr\u00edcula dels curs 2024-2025, l\u2019alumnat que per causes justificades no pugui aportar la documentaci\u00f3 acreditativa corresponent, ser\u00e0 matriculat condicionalment.
