Des del Departament de Salut ens indiquen que tot l’alumnat que ha de venir a fer-se la prova PCR a l’institut ha de dur signat el full\u00a0Autoritzaci\u00f3 per al procediment de gesti\u00f3 de casos i contactes de la COVID-19 als centres educatius.<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>\u00c9s possible que alguns ja l’hagueu signat i donat al vostre fill\/a per lliurar-lo a l’institut. Us preguem que ho torneu a fer per portar-lo el mateix dia de la prova.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

No \u00e9s necessari que acompanyeu el vostre fill\/a, per\u00f2 si ho feu, podreu signar el document a l’institut. Sense aquest document signat no es podr\u00e0 realitzar la PCR.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Departament ens ha informat que les proves PCR a l’alumnat de 1r, 2n i 4t d’ESO i el grups de 1r i 2n de Batxillerat es realitzaran a l’aula Polivalent de l’Institut Llu\u00eds Dom\u00e8nech i Montaner. Convoquem l’alumnat a les hores indicades per a cada grup. L’entrada es realitzar\u00e0 per la porta barri del Pati 1.<\/div>\n

Sigueu puntuals i respecteu les mesures sanit\u00e0ries per poder realitzar la prova en les millors condicions possibles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
