Es va instal\u00b7lar a l\u2019edifici modernista Vil\u00b7la Flora, propietat de l\u2019Ajuntament, i al pati s\u2019hi van col\u00b7locar quatre \u201cm\u00f2duls\u201d amb dues aules a style=\"clear: both\" \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Vam comen\u00e7ar impartint el primer curs del segon cicle de l\u2019ESO i\u00a0es van matricular uns 125 alumnes, per tant hi havia cinc l\u00ednies o cursos de 3r d\u2019ESO. Per impartir les classes es va comptar inicialment amb nou professors\/es de les diferents disciplines, set dels quals encara segueixen al centre.<\/p>\n<p>A mesura que va anar passant el temps, es van anar instal\u00b7lant m\u00e9s \u201cm\u00f2duls\u201d perqu\u00e8 el nombre d\u2019alumnes anava creixent i el professorat, tamb\u00e9. El juny del 1995 va sortir de les nostres aules la primera promoci\u00f3 que havia acabat el Batxillerat Experimental, en les tres modalitats que sempre hem impartit: Batxillerat Cient\u00edfic, Batxillerat Tecnol\u00f2gic i Batxillerat d\u2019Humanitats i Ci\u00e8ncies socials.<\/p>\n<p>El curs 1996-97 es va incorporar la primera promoci\u00f3 de 1r curs d\u2019 ESO, iniciant aix\u00ed el primer cicle. Aquesta promoci\u00f3 ha estat la primera que ha cursat l\u2019etapa sencera al nostre institut, i ha comptat amb tres l\u00ednies o cursos a cada nivell.<br \/>\nEl curs 2001-2002 el nostre institut va estrenar, despr\u00e9s de moltes reivindicacions, noves instal\u00b7lacions, que consten d\u2019un edifici de quatre plantes m\u00e9s un complex esportiu, amb un total de 12.000 metres quadrats edificats.<\/p>\n<p>El claustre de professorat s\u2019ha anat consolidant, de manera que la majoria t\u00e9 la destinaci\u00f3 definitiva al centre. Aquest professorat, juntament amb la resta de persones que treballen al centre, t\u00e9 una dilatada experi\u00e8ncia professional que es tradueix en una din\u00e0mica de funcionament pr\u00f2pia i en una garantia de qualitat pedag\u00f2gica per a l\u2019alumnat que actualment estudia al nostre institut i per als qui ho vulguin fer en el futur.<\/p>\n<p>Enguany la plantilla de professorat ha superat la seixantena de membres i, a m\u00e9s, disposem de dos subalterns i dues auxiliars administratives.
