{"id":14737,"date":"2022-11-15T09:26:42","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T08:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/?page_id=14737"},"modified":"2025-02-10T17:45:22","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T16:45:22","slug":"empresa-i-fp","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/estudis\/formacio-professional\/estada-a-lempresa\/empresa-i-fp\/","title":{"rendered":"Empresa i FP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">Les diferents modalitats d\u2019estada a l\u2019empresa que poden realitzar els alumnes que cursen formaci\u00f3 professional suposen una gran oportunitat per <b>millorar la competitivitat de les empreses<\/b> col\u00b7laboradores mentre es contribueix a la <b>millora de la pol\u00edtica de responsabilitat social corporativa<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">Incorporar alumnat en pr\u00e0ctiques suposa una <b>millora en la qualificaci\u00f3 professional del personal, <\/b>creant un <b>planter d\u2019aprenents <\/b>formats en la cultura i processos de l\u2019empresa<b> <\/b>i possibilitant <b>identificar i captar talent <\/b>de cara a noves incorporacions de personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">En la formaci\u00f3 professional, l\u2019alumnat pot arribar a un centre de treball per dos vies. D\u2019una banda, en la modalitat tradicional, acudeix al centre de treball per completar la seva formaci\u00f3 dintre del m\u00f2dul de <\/span><b><span style=\"color: #808080;\">formaci\u00f3 en centres de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">treball (FCT)<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #808080;\">. Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n <b>no remunerades, <\/b>estan cobertes per l\u2019<b>asseguran\u00e7a escolar <\/b>i la relaci\u00f3 alumne-empresa-centre educatiu s\u2019estableix mitjan\u00e7ant un <b>acord formatiu.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">En la modalitat <\/span><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/arees-actuacio\/empreses-fpdual\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><u><b>Dual<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>, <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">l\u2019estada a l\u2019empresa<\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">s\u2019incrementa fins un total d\u2019unes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>1000 hores. <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">A diferencia de la modalitat tradicional, la relaci\u00f3 alumne-empresa en dual pot establir-se mitjan\u00e7ant un <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>contracte laboral<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"> (de tres mesos de durad<a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/empresa-i-fp\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14497 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/EMPRESA-I-FP.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"284\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/EMPRESA-I-FP.png 395w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/EMPRESA-I-FP-300x202.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 284px) 100vw, 284px\" \/><\/a>a m\u00ednima i amb les condicions d\u2019aquest) o una <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>beca <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">(donant-lo d\u2019alta a la seguretat social). En totes dues opcions l&#8217;alumnat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b> percep una retribuci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">i queda <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b><span style=\"color: #808080;\">cobert per la<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">seguretat social<\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">. En aquesta modalitat l\u2019empresa rep bonificacions econ\u00f2miques d\u2019entre el 70% i el 100% en la seguretat social i fins a 1800 \u20ac en transformacions de contractes a indefinits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">L\u2019empresa ha de fer el seguiment i tutoritzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat mitjan\u00e7ant la figura del <b>tutor de pr\u00e0ctiques. <\/b>A m\u00e9s, en el cas de l\u2019FP Dual i tamb\u00e9 s\u2019estableix una <b>comissi\u00f3 de seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 <\/b>amb membres de l\u2019equip docent i el tutor de pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">L\u2019institut Candelera ofereix el <b>PFI d\u2019auxiliar d\u2019obres d\u2019interior i pintura<\/b> <b>(EO04) <\/b>en modalitat <b>FCT, <\/b>de manera<a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/empresa-i-fp-1\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14498 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/EMPRESA-I-FP-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"134\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/EMPRESA-I-FP-1.png 401w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/EMPRESA-I-FP-1-300x172.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 233px) 100vw, 233px\" \/><\/a> que els alumnes acudeixen a l\u2019empresa un total de <b>180 hores. <\/b>En aquest cas, poden incorporar aquest alumnes <b>empreses del sector de la construcci\u00f3, pintura, instal\u00b7ladors de plaques de guix laminat, guixaires i multiserveis<\/b> que es dediquin tant a l\u2019obra nova, manteniment i reforma d\u2019edificis o a l\u2019obra civil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">Pel que fa al <b>CFGM de Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa, promoci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica (CFPM AG10)<\/b> s\u2019ofereix tant en modalitat <b>FCT, <\/b>amb un total de <b>416 hores<\/b> a l\u2019empresa, com en <b>Dual. <\/b>En totes dues modalitats l\u2019estada es pot realitzar en un gran ventall d\u2019empreses de <b>diferents sectors professionals <\/b>sempre i quan les activitats a realitzar per l\u2019alumnat siguin les pr\u00f2pies de l\u2019estudi.
