{"id":14476,"date":"2022-10-06T11:07:52","date_gmt":"2022-10-06T09:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/?page_id=14476"},"modified":"2025-02-10T17:44:47","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T16:44:47","slug":"formacio-en-centres-de-treball","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/estudis\/formacio-professional\/estada-a-lempresa\/formacio-en-centres-de-treball\/","title":{"rendered":"Formaci\u00f3 en centres de treball"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Entre els diferents m\u00f2duls que conformen els estudis de formaci\u00f3 professional destaca per la seva c\u00e0rrega hor\u00e0ria el m\u00f2dul de<\/span> <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/professionals\/fct\/\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><u>Formaci\u00f3 en Centres de Treball<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"> (FCT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; font-size: 1em;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/la-formacio-en-centres-de-treball\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14502 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/LA-FORMACIO-EN-CENTRES-DE-TREBALL.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"198\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/LA-FORMACIO-EN-CENTRES-DE-TREBALL.png 407w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescandelera\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu664\/2022\/10\/LA-FORMACIO-EN-CENTRES-DE-TREBALL-300x181.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/><\/a>L\u2019FCT, m\u00e9s conegut de manera col\u00b7loquial com <\/span><b style=\"color: #808080; font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; font-size: 1em;\">pr\u00e0ctiques en empreses<\/b><span style=\"color: #808080; font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; font-size: 1em;\">, s\u00f3n estades formatives no laborals que realitza tot l\u2019alumnat dels programes de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3, formaci\u00f3 professional inicial i ensenyaments de r\u00e8gims especials en centres de treball.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">Aquestes s\u00f3n <b>no retribu\u00efdes<\/b> i completen la formaci\u00f3 rebuda per l\u2019alumnat al centre educatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">La relaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019alumnat, l\u2019empresa i el centre educatiu s\u2019estableix mitjan\u00e7ant un <b>acord <\/b>de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 que estableix les condicions de l\u2019estada i que ha de ser autoritzat pel Servei de Programes i Projectes de Foment dels Ensenyaments Professionals de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Formaci\u00f3 Professional Inicial i Ensenyaments de R\u00e8gim Especial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">Les pr\u00e0ctiques i estades estan <\/span><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/professionals\/fct\/asseguranca\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><u><b>cobertes per l\u2019asseguran\u00e7a escolar<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"> sempre que l\u2019alumnat estigui matriculat i es compleixin els requisits reglamentaris.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">Si pots acreditar que durant la teva vida laboral has realitzat activitats relacionades amb la formaci\u00f3 que estas cursant pots sol\u00b7licitar l\u2019<b>exempci\u00f3 total o parcial<\/b> del m\u00f2dul i no haur\u00e0s de realitzar les hores del mateix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">El seguiment de l\u2019FCT es realitza tant per l\u2019alumnat, el tutor de pr\u00e0ctiques del centre educatiu i el tutor de pr\u00e0ctiques de l\u2019empresa. Per fer-ho es fa \u00fas de l\u2019aplicatiu habilitat per la Cambra de Comer\u00e7:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.empresaiformacio.org\/sBid\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><u>Accedeix a l\u2019aplicatiu de seguiment de l\u2019FCT i l&#8217;FP Dual: https:\/\/www.empresaiformacio.org\/sBid<\/u><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">En els CFGM i CFGS en <\/span><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/fpdual\/informacio\/que-es-la-formacio-professional-dual\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><u><b>modalitat Dual<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"> aquest m\u00f2dul FCT, juntament amb el m\u00f2dul de s\u00edntesi o de projecte (empresa a l\u2019aula per al CFGM de Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa), conformen una estada a l\u2019empresa amb una c\u00e0rrega horaria d\u2019unes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>1000 hores<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"> en la que si que s\u2019estableix una relaci\u00f3 laboral amb l\u2019empresa, mitjan\u00e7ant <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>contracte o beca<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\">, i per la que s\u00ed que es percep una <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"><b>retribuci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif, serif;\"> a canvi. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif; color: #808080;\">Si tens una empresa, l\u2019FCT i l\u2019FP Dual t\u2019apropen personal amb una millor qualificaci\u00f3 professional i amb formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica del teu \u00e0mbit o activitat professional.
