L&#8217;alumnat ha pogut comprovar com el reactiu de Fehling (de color blau) canvia a un precipitat de color vermell\u00a0 en pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un sucre amb capacitat reductora, com \u00e9s el cas de la\u00a0<b>lactosa<\/b>\u00a0o la glucosa.<\/p>\n<p>Per contra, han pogut observar com la\u00a0<b>sacarosa<\/b>\u00a0(el disac\u00e0rid format per glucosa i fructosa) no t\u00e9 aquesta capacitat reductora a causa del seu enlla\u00e7 dicarbon\u00edlic, mantenint el color blau original del reactiu.<\/p>\n<p><b>La import\u00e0ncia acad\u00e8mica i professional<\/b>\u00a0Aquesta activitat t\u00e9 un doble valor per als nostres estudiants:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li><b>Preparaci\u00f3 per a les EVAU (Selectivitat):<\/b>\u00a0El reconeixement de l\u00edpids, prote\u00efnes i gl\u00facids \u00e9s un contingut recurrent a les proves d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la universitat. Visualitzar la reacci\u00f3 ajuda a fixar conceptes te\u00f2rics complexos.<\/li>\n<li><b>Compet\u00e8ncia professional:<\/b>\u00a0El treball al laboratori fomenta el rigor cient\u00edfic, l&#8217;\u00fas correcte de l&#8217;instrumental i la capacitat d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi, habilitats imprescindibles per als seus futurs estudis universitaris i carreres professionals en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la ci\u00e8ncia i la salut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Volem felicitar l&#8217;alumnat per la seva implicaci\u00f3 i rigor durant la sessi\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica.
