Si est\u00e0 en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;acolliment en fam\u00edlia o instituci\u00f3, la resoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;acolliment del Departament de Drets Socials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;original i una c\u00f2pia del <\/span><b>DNI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la persona sol\u00b7licitant (pare, mare, tutor\/a guardador\/a de fet) o, si la persona sol\u00b7licitant \u00e9s estrangera, de la targeta de resid\u00e8ncia on consta el NIE o del passaport. Si es tracta d&#8217;estrangers comunitaris, document d&#8217;identitat del pa\u00eds membre de la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan el <\/span><b>domicili habitual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que s&#8217;al\u00b7lega no coincideix amb el del DNI, amb el de la targeta de resid\u00e8ncia on consta el NIE o es tracta de persones estrangeres sense NIE, s&#8217;acredita amb el certificat o volant municipal de conviv\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;alumne\/a, on ha de constar que conviu amb la persona sol\u00b7licitant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;original i una c\u00f2pia del document de <\/span><b>consell orientador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en qu\u00e8 es recull la proposta de l&#8217;equip docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">La sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3 que trobareu a l&#8217;enlla\u00e7 indicat a m\u00e9s amunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 necessito per accedir-hi?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenir <strong>quinze anys<\/strong> complerts o complir-los durant l&#8217;any natural en el qual s&#8217;accedeix al cicle formatiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haver cursat <strong>tercer curs<\/strong> d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria.
