{"id":6550,"date":"2024-11-08T11:57:49","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T10:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescalgravat\/?p=6550"},"modified":"2024-11-08T11:57:49","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T10:57:49","slug":"sortida-de-cohesio-i-coneixenca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iescalgravat\/general\/sortida-de-cohesio-i-coneixenca\/","title":{"rendered":"Sortida de cohesi\u00f3 i coneixen\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Els alumnes de 1r d&#8217;ESO hem anat d&#8217;excursi\u00f3 a l&#8217;esplanada del Santuari de la Salut.<br \/>\nDurant tres dimecres i organitzats per grups classe, hem fet diverses activitats proposades pels professionals del Projecte Lotus.<br \/>\nL&#8217;objectiu de les pr\u00e0ctiques ha estat potenciar l&#8217;autoconeixement, el coneixement mutu entre els membres del grup i millorar la nostra gesti\u00f3 emocional.<br \/>\nEn un entorn natural, hem fet activitats de ioga i jocs que ens han proporcionat eines per<br \/>\najudar a regular-nos. De manera divertida, ens hem adonat que l&#8217;estr\u00e8s de la vida di\u00e0ria ens pot portar a funcionar de manera poc conscient i aquest fet ens pot generar problemes i malestar. Per aquest motiu, necessitem aprendre a aturar-nos, controlar impulsos, escoltar-nos a nosaltres mateixos i als altres.
