{"id":27,"date":"2014-09-17T16:24:03","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T16:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/?page_id=27"},"modified":"2016-10-13T21:24:02","modified_gmt":"2016-10-13T19:24:02","slug":"historia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/linstitut\/historia\/","title":{"rendered":"Hist\u00f2ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cap a finals dels anys 80 es constat\u00e0 que els esportistes en programes de tecnificaci\u00f3 o alt rendiment esportiu, en edat escolar, denotaven importants problemes a l&#8217;hora de compatibilitzar la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva i l&#8217;ensenyament reglat, de tal manera que les persones implicades en aquestes activitats havien d&#8217;escollir entre una o altra disciplina. El resultat dels qui decidien dedicar-se a la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva abans dels anys 90 \u00e9s f\u00e0cil d&#8217;imaginar: els atletes, haguessin o no triomfat en la vida esportiva, es trobaven, en l&#8217; edat adulta, en la qual ja no \u00e9s possible la competici\u00f3, sense una formaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica mitjana que el permet\u00e9s orientar, en aquest moment encara productiu, la seva activitat laboral, de la qual depenia en molts casos la seva subsist\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1242\/2016\/10\/fotoescola.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-485\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1242\/2016\/10\/fotoescola.jpg\" alt=\"fotoescola\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1242\/2016\/10\/fotoescola.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1242\/2016\/10\/fotoescola-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es tractava d&#8217;un problema veritablement seri\u00f3s, que segurament va condicionar la decisi\u00f3, per part de molts joves esportistes i les seves fam\u00edlies, de no participar en programes de tecnificaci\u00f3 o alt rendiment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest assumpte va mer\u00e8ixer una profunda atenci\u00f3 per part dels pol\u00edtics involucrats en solucionar els problemes de l&#8217;esport. Havien de donar una sortida satisfact\u00f2ria a la problem\u00e0tica plantejada. Dos fets conjunturals van facilitar l&#8217;encaix del trencaclosques: per un costat els imminents Jocs Ol\u00edmpics de Barcelona i per l&#8217;altre l&#8217;experimentaci\u00f3 de la reforma educativa de la qual ser\u00edem pioners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els contactes finals entre la Secretaria General de l&#8217;Esport i el Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya donaren soluci\u00f3 a un important nombre d&#8217;esportistes en edat escolar i aix\u00ed va n\u00e9ixer el setembre de 1991 l\u2019IES Joaquim Blume.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i que inicialment no foren gaires les federacions participants del Pla de Tecnificaci\u00f3 Esportiva de Catalunya, depenent de la Secretaria General de l\u2019Esport, que gaudiren dels serveis educatius del centre docent, ben aviat l\u2019 arrelament i l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de beques ha fet possible que prop de 150 alumnes es benefici\u00efn cada curs d\u2019 aquest projecte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els esportistes d&#8217;alta competici\u00f3 en edat escolar s\u00f3n freq\u00fcentment adolescents o joves que dediquen un important n\u00famero d&#8217;hores a la preparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i esportiva que oscil\u00b7la, depenent de la intensificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217; entrenament o per\u00edode de competici\u00f3, entre 5 i 7 hores di\u00e0ries. \u00c9s per aquesta ra\u00f3 que l&#8217;ensenyament reglat requereix una continu\u00eftat i rigor, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 uns ritmes que van marcant el propi desenvolupament del curs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquests joves o adolescents han d&#8217;assumir el rol de l&#8217;esportista, la qual cosa suposa una ren\u00fancia a l&#8217;esbarjo i a la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;altres activitats pr\u00f2pies de l&#8217;edat, almenys amb la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia o temporalitat que altres hi poden dedicar, ja que a les hores dedicades a la formaci\u00f3 esportiva cal afegir la seva participaci\u00f3 en activitats escolars i les tasques que d&#8217;ella se&#8217;n desprenen.
