What trick does the magic of chemical reactions hide?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>And we continue a third year with the implementation of the CLIL methodology in the Bellvitge Institute\u2019s classrooms!<\/p>\n<p>This year the various interventions from the Physics and Chemistry subject have been in the 3rd ESO. Our students have embarked on a new challenge&#8230; Study a complete unit of Physics and Chemistry in English!<\/p>\n<p>Under the title &#8220;What trick does the magic of chemical reactions hide?&#8221;, our students have gone through the experience of learning the Law of Conservation of Mass of the Lavoisier couple.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-14020\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ibellvitge.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/GEP1-213x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li>Chemical reactions on the scale interacting with on virtual laboratories.<\/li>\n<li>Conversations with Lavoisier in the home kitchen to study the Law of Conservation of Mass using the zero conditional.<\/li>\n<li>Puzzles of atomic models to interpret reactions from the quantum world.<\/li>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-14021\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ibellvitge.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/GEP2-1-213x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"160\" \/><\/p>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A scientific recipe following instructions to balance chemical equations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manipulation of simulators to interpret reactions and formulation of the scientific hypotheses using the first conditional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experimental lab with a certain effervescence to study the reaction rate and factors on which it depends, so&#8230; we have used effervescent tablets!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-14023\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ibellvitge.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/GEP-3-1-533x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"400\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And all of that has been possible thanks to the peer-work and reflection times. Quin truc amaga la m\u00e0gia de les reaccions qu\u00edmiques?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I seguim un tercer any amb la implementaci\u00f3 de la metodologia AICLE a les aules de l\u2019Institut Bellvitge!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest any, les m\u00faltiples intervencions des de la mat\u00e8ria de f\u00edsica i qu\u00edmica han estat al curs de 3r d\u2019ESO.
