ES DESPLEGA CENT PER CENT A DIST\u00c0NCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els i les alumnes de 4t d\u2019ESO havien de tancar etapa educativa. Malgrat que ja hav\u00edem fet algunes tasques des de la tutoria encaminades a comen\u00e7ar a fer-los pensar en les decisions de futur que calia prendre, el proc\u00e9s no estava ni molt menys tancat.\u00a0 I tots i totes, alumnat i professorat, veiem que la\u00a0 situaci\u00f3 de confinament s\u2019allargava en el temps. Damunt la taula, un nou repte, el de garantir l\u2019acompanyament i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica d\u2019aquest alumnat des del confinament. I un equip docent, el de 4t d\u2019ESO, disposat a assumir-lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fou aix\u00ed que, dins del Pla de treball globalitzat en teledoc\u00e8ncia, que va posar en marxa l\u2019institut en situaci\u00f3 de confinament, l\u2019equip docent de 4t d\u2019ESO hem dissenyat una proposta de treball globalitzada que facilit\u00e9s els dos aspectes que m\u00e9s ens preocupaven:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25a0\u00a0 acompanyar i guiar el proc\u00e9s de presa de decisions dels i les alumnes respecte les diferents opcions de formaci\u00f3 postobligat\u00f2ria\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25a0\u00a0 acabar de consolidar les compet\u00e8ncies treballades des dels diferents \u00e0mbits fent una proposta de treball significativa\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019aquesta dues necessitats surt la proposta globalitzada <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b><i>\u201cDespr\u00e9s de l\u2019ESO qu\u00e8?<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><i>Despr\u00e9s de l\u2019ESO, qu\u00e8?<\/i><\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9s un projecte que s\u2019ha desenvolupat durant cinc setmanes de treball en un entorn d\u2019aprenentatge digital, a trav\u00e9s del qual els i les noies de 4t d\u2019ESO han posat sobre la taula els seus interessos, habilitats, capacitats, h\u00e0bits,\u2026; han conegut tota l\u2019oferta que el sistema educatiu els ofereix a curt i llarg termini; han descobert professions noves i emergents; s\u2019han imaginat diferents camins possibles per projectar-se en el seu futur imaginari; han cercat experi\u00e8ncies semblants en el seu entorn proper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guiat des de les tutories dins del marc del Pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, ha integrat propostes de treball de mat\u00e8ries diverses, que han obligat als i les alumnes a utilitzar i acabar de consolidar compet\u00e8ncies treballades durant tota l\u2019etapa de l\u2019ESO des dels diferents \u00e0mbits, inclosos els \u00e0mbits transversals com el digital i personal i social.\u00a0 Han cercat, investigat, redactat, reflexionat, entrevistat companys que havien passat pel mateix proc\u00e9s en anys anteriors&#8230;, i, finalment, han acabat compartint les decisions pr\u00f2pies a partir d\u2019un bon discurs oral vehiculat a trav\u00e9s d\u2019eines digitals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/view.genial.ly\/5eb9677ed236a10cfac68549\/horizontal-infographic-timeline-tasca-13-les-meves-decisions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-12898\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ibellvitge.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ElMeuCam\u00ed-928x400.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"669\" height=\"288\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El colof\u00f3 ha estat el proc\u00e9s de preinscripci\u00f3, <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>reflexionat, compartit, raonat<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de cadascun dels nostres nois i noies a cada tipus d\u2019ensenyament escollit per seguir amb el seu cam\u00ed personal dins del m\u00f3n educatiu i formatiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wevideo.com\/view\/1713638863\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-12902\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ibellvitge.net\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Decisions-719x400.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"669\" height=\"372\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En definitiva, \u00e9s aix\u00ed com del repte n\u2019hem fet una oportunitat de futur, per a alumnes i docents. N\u2019ha quedat dissenyat molt de material que es podr\u00e0 fer servir per als propers cursos, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels desig que tots i totes tenim que la situaci\u00f3 millori i retornem a les aules amb la m\u00e0xima normalitat possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><i>ENTRE LES DIFICULTATS S\u2019AMAGA L\u2019OPORTUNITAT (A.
