Every March 17, countries around the world celebrate St. Patrick\u2019s Day<\/strong><\/span> in observance of the death of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland credited for bringing Christinanity to the country. Initially, it was a religious feast day in the 17th\u00a0century but nowadays St. Patrick\u2019s Day has evolved into a day of celebrating Irish culture with parades, music, dancing, special foods, and of course, a lot of green.<\/p>\n

Students of 3rd ESO<\/strong><\/span> and 1st BAT<\/strong><\/span> have also joined this holiday wearing green and enjoying the different activities carried out in class about the history of this day, the character of Saint Patrick, the traditions and the celebrations. At the end of the session, students tested themselves with a Quiz.<\/p>\n
