Durant tot el mat\u00ed, diferents instituts i escoles \u00a0posaven en com\u00fa les idees i accions que duen a terme per tal de promoure la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 mediambiental i, sobre tot, el canvi necessari cap a un model sostenible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nostre centre va estar representat per les alumnes Mar Carcas\u00e9, Andrea Ribot i Claudia Minculescu, totes elles alumnes de 3r d\u2019ESO. En aquesta trobada van mostrar i explicar als alumnes i professors dels altres centres\u00a0 el projecte SIGUEM CONSCIENTS!!. Aquesta nova acci\u00f3, \u00a0que hem posat en marxa aquest curs des d\u2019Escola Verda i en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la mat\u00e8ria de Biologia i Geologia de tercer, pret\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">conscienciar a la comunitat educativa sobre la import\u00e0ncia de con\u00e8ixer all\u00f2 que ingerim per poder gaudir d\u2019una bona salut.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">treballar eines per tal de tenir recursos a l\u2019hora de triar all\u00f2 que volem menjar.<\/li>\n<li>promoure una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable per tal de millorar la salut i afavorir el benestar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per aconseguir aquest objectiu, s\u2019han desenvolupat diferents accions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 . 01. <u>Investigaci\u00f3 sobre taules nutricionals<\/u>. De qu\u00e8 estan fets els aliments? Analitzem diferents taules nutricionals de diferents aliments per saber quins nutrients els composen. Ens portarem alguna sorpresa&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 . 02. <u>Aliments d\u2019origen animal&#8230;.segur???<\/u> Identificaci\u00f3 de mid\u00f3 en diferents productes processats d\u2019origen animal que, en principi, no deurien de contenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 . 03. <u>Desensucra\u2019t.<\/u> Mural que presenta de forma visual i atractiva la quantitat de sucres afegits que contenen moltes de les begudes que consumim habitualment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La trobada va ser un \u00e8xit, tant per les escoles que van participar com per les conclusions a les que vam arribar cadasc\u00fa de nosaltres.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEls instituts poden canviar el m\u00f3n???\u201d\u00a0 Ja ho crec que s\u00ed&#8230;.<\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 600px;
