Semblava que no podr\u00edem amb les ventades per\u00f2 finalment els alumnes de l&#8217;optativa de Medi Ambient han collit bledes i escaroles. Uns dies abans els alumnes havien buscat les propietats nutritives d&#8217;aquestes hortalisses i tamb\u00e9 algunes receptes que les tinguessin com a ingredients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb l&#8217;escarola van fer una amanida: a l&#8217;escarola ben neta van afegir oli, sal, vinagre, olives i una mica d&#8217;all, alguns alumnes no l&#8217;havien tastat mai i els hi va encantar. Amb les bledes van fer penques (o penquetes perqu\u00e8 eren molt petites) arrebossades i, val a dir, que els alumnes que van dir que ells no les tastarien ni bojos&#8230; ho van fer i van recon\u00e8ixer que els havien agradat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tant les bledes com les escaroles eren tendr\u00edssimes i ecol\u00f2giques.
