When it was founded, in 1984, TED (which stands for \u201cTechnology, Entertainment, and Design\u201d) brought together a few hundred people in a single annual conference in California.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 5 teams with <strong>11 students of 1st Bat<\/strong> participated in <strong>TED-ED Club Reus-Baix Camp<\/strong> on the past 11th May at the auditorium in l\u00b4Hospitalet de l\u00b4Infant. This educational project consisted of giving a 3-minute talk about the needs that society demands (health, technology and money). Carrying out this new challenge the pupils developed not only their creativity but also their oral communication skills.The task was included in the course curriculum and the most creative presentations were chosen to participate in this experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The convention lasted two hours and at the end all the participants were awarded with a Certificate for participating in the TED-ED Club Talks 2023 edition. Students\u00a0and teachers had great time. At first, I had a lot of doubts about participating and I wasn\u2019t sure if I wanted to do it or not but finally I enjoyed myself.
