El passat 3, 4 i 5 de novembre el nostre alumnat de quart d\u2019ESO i de primer de batxillerat va gaudir d\u2019unes quantes sessions de Rem Indoor dirigides per monitors i responsables del Reial Club Mar\u00edtim de Barcelona.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat va disposar de sis aparells de rem erg\u00f2metres, instal\u00b7lats a l\u2019espai polivalent de l\u2019institut per aprendre a remar i competir en una simulaci\u00f3 de regata de relleus en una dist\u00e0ncia de mil metres, \u00e9s a dir, 4 remadors per cada 250 metres.
