{"id":2092,"date":"2017-03-20T23:38:03","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T22:38:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/institutsantpol\/?p=2092"},"modified":"2017-03-20T23:38:03","modified_gmt":"2017-03-20T22:38:03","slug":"tot-un-privilegi-de-taller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesantpol\/general\/tot-un-privilegi-de-taller\/","title":{"rendered":"Tot un privilegi de taller!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat divendres 17 de mar\u00e7 vam tenir l&#8217;honor de poder rebre un taller de mans de David Lienas, cuiner de professi\u00f3 i un excel\u00b7lent mestre de cuina, tal com va poder demostrar.<\/p>\n<p>David Lienas\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha treballat a diversos restaurants guardonats amb estrelles Michelin a Barcelona, Madrid, Lisboa i Estrasburg i ha estat xef de diversos restaurants a Barcelona.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualment treballa a l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/escuelabellart.com\/ca\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escola de Cuina Bellart<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pionera a Barcelona, des de 1977).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ens va venir a mostrar diferents maneres d&#8217;obtenir col\u00b7loides a la cuina, des de les escumes fins als gels sense oblidar-nos de\u00a0les emulsions. En tot moment va\u00a0oferir l&#8217;oportunitat de participar-hi activament. Aquest taller ha estat molt profit\u00f3s pels nostres alumnes, ja que han pogut agafar idees que els ajudaran a arribar a l&#8217;objectiu final del projecte &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/institutsantpol.cat\/quimica-i-cuina\/portada\">Inspira&#8217;t i crea!<\/a>&#8221; de Qu\u00edmica i Cuina que estan realitzant aquestes setmanes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estem molt agra\u00efts per a la teva col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.
