{"id":7180,"date":"2019-04-11T12:19:08","date_gmt":"2019-04-11T11:19:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.insatorroja.cat\/?p=7180"},"modified":"2023-11-05T09:06:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-05T08:06:00","slug":"la-investigacio-basica-a-lantoni-torroja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesantonitorroja\/general\/la-investigacio-basica-a-lantoni-torroja\/","title":{"rendered":"La investigaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica a l&#8217;Antoni Torroja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>LA INVESTIGACI\u00d3 B\u00c0SICA A L\u2019ANTONI TORROJA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proppassat mes de mar\u00e7, l\u2019Eduard Garrabou i Benet, que actualment cursa 2n de batxillerat a l\u2019institut Antoni Torroja, va assistir al Taller de F\u00edsica de Part\u00edcules organitzat conjuntament pel grup de F\u00edsica d&#8217;Altes Energies de la Universitat de Barcelona i la Societat Catalana de F\u00edsica, tot plegat emmarcat dins la masterclass internacional &#8220;Hands on Particle Physics&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El taller const\u00e0 de dues parts, primerament es van realitzar una s\u00e8rie de xerrades per tal d&#8217;introduir la F\u00edsica de Part\u00edcules i explicar la feina que fa l&#8217;accelerador de part\u00edcules LHC del CERN i concretament el detector LHCb. En primer lloc, es va dur a terme una breu introducci\u00f3 a la disciplina i, a continuaci\u00f3, es va profunditzar en els mecanismes de detecci\u00f3 de part\u00edcules m\u00e9s emprats actualment.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment, es realitz\u00e0 la part pr\u00e0ctica en la qual es va tractar de calcular la massa del mes\u00f3 B\u00ba a partir de detectar els productes de la seva descomposici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, es van posar en com\u00fa els resultats obtinguts amb alumnes d&#8217;altres pa\u00efsos europeus que realitzaren el taller el mateix dia i amb investigadors del CERN. A m\u00e9s, els assistents van tenir l\u2019oportunitat de formular-los tota mena de preguntes.<\/p>\n<p>El taller ha resultat ser una experi\u00e8ncia enriquidora pels alumnes pel fet de donar-los a con\u00e8ixer com es treballa en el si dels grups d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 en recerca b\u00e0sica, a l\u2019hora de realitzar els descobriments m\u00e9s actuals en F\u00edsica, com ara el bos\u00f3 de
