{"id":539,"date":"2022-03-28T21:45:27","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T19:45:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesantonitorroja\/?page_id=539"},"modified":"2022-03-31T16:23:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-31T14:23:22","slug":"coeducacio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesantonitorroja\/projectes\/coeducacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Coeducaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La realitat de les nostres aules i del context en el qual estem immersos, el sexisme o l\u2019androcentrisme est\u00e0 ocult en la nostra forma de parlar, en la de transmetre, en els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019androcentrisme ha estat i continua sent, tot i que menys, una constant hist\u00f2rica. La invisibilitat de les dones, la subordinaci\u00f3 del seu paper social al dels homes, el sostre de vidre que limita les expectatives d\u2019\u00e8xit en el m\u00f3n laboral de les dones, en definitiva, els rols socials basats en estereotips de g\u00e8nere s\u00f3n realitats socials amb qu\u00e8 s\u2019enfronta l\u2019alumnat, des de l\u2019escola estem en l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de reflexionar-hi per, d\u2019aquesta manera, modificar-les i, per tant, contribuir a fer que la societat sigui m\u00e9s igualit\u00e0ria i m\u00e9s tolerant amb les difer\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla d\u2019Igualtat entre homes i dones, aix\u00ed com els posteriors decrets i la legislaci\u00f3 tant auton\u00f2mica com estatal avalen les actuacions en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere, si b\u00e9 \u2013 tamb\u00e9 cal dir-ho \u2013 no dota ni dels mitjans, ni dels temps necessaris perqu\u00e8 aquestes actuacions tinguin una major efic\u00e0cia.<\/p>\n<p>El medi sociocultural de l\u2019alumnat que at\u00e9n el nostre centre educatiu segueix, en general, sent molt tradicional en mat\u00e8ria de rols de g\u00e8nere. S\u2019imposa, per tant, l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de mesures educatives orientades a proporcionar a l\u2019alumnat una visi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica sobre el pes que aquesta tradici\u00f3 t\u00e9 sobre les seves expectatives de vida, tant social com laboral i personal.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s evident: educar en un major grau d\u2019independ\u00e8ncia i autonomia personal, i aconseguir un major respecte tant a si mateixos o mateixes com a les difer\u00e8ncies. En definitiva, contribuir al desenvolupament de les mateixes capacitats al marge dels estereotips sexistes.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, vull destacar que la import\u00e0ncia que les actuacions educatives en mat\u00e8ria de coeducaci\u00f3 tenen sobre els homes no \u00e9s, com es pogu\u00e9s pensar, menor que en l\u2019alumnat femen\u00ed. Els models masculins per als adolescents en gran manera se sustenten en el domini, la competitivitat i l\u2019agressivitat. Aix\u00f2 fa que assumeixin, com si es tract\u00e9s de cerim\u00f2nies inici\u00e0tiques, conductes de risc que porta al fet que la mortalitat, la caiguda en el consum de drogues i el risc de frac\u00e0s escolar sigui m\u00e9s gran entre els homes que entre les dones.
