Aprendre no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s assimilar coneixements, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 descobrir, viure experi\u00e8ncies i obrir portes a noves oportunitats que ajuden l\u2019alumnat a cr\u00e9ixer com a persones i com a ciutadans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"1126\">Per aix\u00f2 impulsem un conjunt de <strong data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"728\">projectes, programes i reconeixements<\/strong> que complementen el curr\u00edculum i donen espai al talent, la curiositat i la iniciativa. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes propostes, l\u2019alumnat pot desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies clau com la cooperaci\u00f3, l\u2019autonomia, la comunicaci\u00f3, la creativitat i el pensament cr\u00edtic. S\u00f3n experi\u00e8ncies que connecten l\u2019aprenentatge amb el m\u00f3n real, i que permeten comprendre que educar tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s participar, transformar i contribuir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1501\">Les iniciatives que duem a terme tenen una clara vocaci\u00f3 d\u2019obertura: cap a <strong data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1226\">l\u2019entorn local<\/strong>, amb projectes que impliquen la comunitat i els agents del territori; i cap a <strong data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1319\">l\u2019exterior<\/strong>, amb viv\u00e8ncies que connecten l\u2019alumnat amb realitats diverses, enriquidores i transformadores. Aix\u00f2 ens permet construir una escola arrelada al seu context i alhora oberta al m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1845\">A m\u00e9s, aquests programes s\u00f3n una eina per <strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1600\">recon\u00e8ixer l\u2019esfor\u00e7, el talent i la implicaci\u00f3<\/strong> de cada alumne i alumna. Entenem l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu no nom\u00e9s com un conjunt de resultats acad\u00e8mics, sin\u00f3 com la capacitat de participar activament, de cr\u00e9ixer amb autonomia i de valorar la diversitat de camins que porta cada aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"2123\">Apostem per una educaci\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1913\">oberta, innovadora i inspiradora<\/strong>, que connecta coneixements, emocions i experi\u00e8ncies.
