Aquest proc\u00e9s els permet descobrir les seves habilitats, fortaleses i alhora tamb\u00e9 els reptes que van aprenent a superar per aconseguir despla\u00e7ar-se de moltes maneres, aconseguir objectes o b\u00e9 gaudir del moviment senzillament per plaer. El desenvolupament paral\u00b7lel dels sentits proporciona est\u00edmuls constants que els porten a experimentar cont\u00ednuament.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed us faig una proposta senzilla, per jugar en fam\u00edlia, tenint en compte que podeu acotar el joc i les accions a les vostres possibilitats d\u2019espai.<br \/>\nTal com us explico en el v\u00eddeo pels vostres fills i filles (publicat al Padlet 5: cuidem el nostre cos), es tractaria de buscar una capsa o bossa gran i una altra capseta o bosseta m\u00e9s petita per visibilitzar les diferencies en ritme i intensitat que requereixen diferents moviments, exercicis o accions concretes.<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e9s possible estaria b\u00e9 que ells mateixos facin dos dibuixos en papers diferents en els que puguin representar-se en acci\u00f3 o en rep\u00f2s. Cada dibuix el podeu enganxar en la capsa o bossa corresponent afegint la paraula ACCI\u00d3 o REP\u00d2S\/CALMA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAPSA\/BOSSA ACCI\u00d3!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre tots podeu parlar sobre coses que els vostres infants s\u00e0piguen fer i en gaudeixen, despr\u00e9s fer etiquetes, dibuixos o fotos que ho explicitin clarament per col\u00b7locar-les dins la capsa o bossa corresponent:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; caminar de pressa<br \/>\n&#8211; saltar amb peus junts, endavant i cap enrere, a peu coix&#8230;.<br \/>\n&#8211; c\u00f3rrer<br \/>\n&#8211; rodolar<br \/>\n&#8211; arrossegar-se<br \/>\n&#8211; grimpar\/enfilar-se per arbres, escales&#8230;.<br \/>\n&#8211; tombarelles<br \/>\n&#8211; llen\u00e7ar i\/o encistellar o xutar pilotes<br \/>\n&#8211; ballar<br \/>\n* totes aquelles accions, activitats i exercicis que permeti la vostra creativitat<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAPSA\/BOSSA\u00a0 RELAX\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 aqu\u00ed podeu decidir en fam\u00edlia quines s\u00f3n aquelles activitats qu\u00e8 m\u00e9s us agraden o que s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries fer en calma i a un ritme adient.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; gronxar-se<br \/>\n&#8211; mirar o escoltar un conte<br \/>\n&#8211; escoltar m\u00fasica<br \/>\n&#8211; mirar una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula<br \/>\n&#8211; dibuixar i pintar<br \/>\n&#8211; menjar: els \u00e0pats habituals<br \/>\n&#8211; cantar<br \/>\n&#8211; fer o rebre un massatge<br \/>\n&#8211; descansar en un lloc especial<br \/>\n&#8211; amagar-se<br \/>\n&#8211; altres situacions que requereixin alentir el ritme per parar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 o recuperar energia o per plaer.<\/p>\n<p>El joc consisteix a fer que qualsevol de la fam\u00edlia amb els ulls tancats ha de treure d\u2019una de les capses un dibuix o foto que indiqui l\u2019acci\u00f3 que ha de fer o b\u00e9 que vulgui que faci un altre membre del grup. Us podeu repartir en dos grups si voleu afegir emoci\u00f3 a la sessi\u00f3. Les activitats o exercicis els podeu fer sols o per parelles.
