Dia 4 a Portugal: Natura i esport en estat pur!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aquest quart dia del nostre viatge a Portugal ha estat, sens dubte, un dels m\u00e9s intensos\u2026 i tamb\u00e9 dels m\u00e9s espectaculars! Hem combinat natura, esport i aventura en una jornada que recordarem durant molt de temps.<\/p>\n

Al mat\u00ed hem iniciat una ruta de 12 km pels impressionants Passadi\u00e7os do Mondego<\/em>, un cam\u00ed de fusta que serpenteja pel can\u00f3 del riu Mondego. El paisatge era d\u2019una bellesa sobrecollidora: muntanyes escarpades, vegetaci\u00f3 frondosa i el riu corrent a tocar dels nostres peus. Hem fet parades per admirar les vistes, fer fotos i, \u00e9s clar, recuperar forces. Malgrat el cansament, l\u2019energia i el bon humor no han faltat en cap moment!<\/p>\n

Per\u00f2 l\u2019aventura no acabava aqu\u00ed. A la tarda ens esperava una activitat aqu\u00e0tica a la “Albufeira da Barragem do Caldeir\u00e3o”. Ens hem llen\u00e7at a l\u2019aigua amb kayaks<\/em> i paddle surf<\/em>, i hem gaudit d\u2019una estona de diversi\u00f3, equilibri (o intents!) i molta complicitat. Ha estat el complement ideal per refrescar-nos i continuar connectant amb la natura d\u2019aquest entorn tan privilegiat.<\/p>\n

Tanquem el dia esgotats per\u00f2 molt contents. Seguim acumulant moments \u00fanics i compartint experi\u00e8ncies que ens fan cr\u00e9ixer com a grup i com a persones. Portugal ens est\u00e0 regalant dies inoblidables!<\/p>\n

D\u00eda 4 en Portugal: \u00a1Naturaleza y deporte en estado puro!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Este cuarto d\u00eda de nuestro viaje a Portugal ha sido, sin duda, uno de los m\u00e1s intensos\u2026 \u00a1y tambi\u00e9n de los m\u00e1s espectaculares! Hemos combinado naturaleza, deporte y aventura en una jornada que recordaremos durante mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n

Por la ma\u00f1ana, iniciamos una ruta de 12 km por los impresionantes Passadi\u00e7os do Mondego, un camino de madera que serpentea por el ca\u00f1\u00f3n del r\u00edo Mondego. El paisaje era de una belleza sobrecogedora: monta\u00f1as escarpadas, vegetaci\u00f3n frondosa y el r\u00edo corriendo a nuestros pies. Hicimos paradas para admirar las vistas, hacer fotos y, por supuesto, recuperar fuerzas. \u00a1A pesar del cansancio, no faltaron la energ\u00eda ni el buen humor en ning\u00fan momento!<\/p>\n

Pero la aventura no terminaba ah\u00ed. Por la tarde nos esperaba una actividad acu\u00e1tica en la “Albufeira da Barragem do Caldeir\u00e3o”. Nos lanzamos al agua con kayaks y paddle surf, y disfrutamos de un rato de diversi\u00f3n, equilibrio (\u00a1o intentos!) y mucha complicidad. Fue el complemento ideal para refrescarnos y seguir conectando con la naturaleza de este entorno tan privilegiado.<\/p>\n

Cerramos el d\u00eda agotados pero muy felices. Seguimos acumulando momentos \u00fanicos y compartiendo experiencias que nos hacen crecer como grupo y como personas. \u00a1Portugal nos est\u00e1 regalando d\u00edas inolvidables!<\/p>\n

Day 4 in Portugal: Nature and sports in their purest form!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This fourth day of our trip to Portugal has undoubtedly been one of the most intense\u2026 and also one of the most spectacular! We combined nature, sports, and adventure in a day we\u2019ll remember for a long time.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

In the morning, we set out on a 12 km hike along the stunning Passadi\u00e7os do Mondego, a wooden walkway that winds through the Mondego River canyon. The scenery was breathtaking: steep mountains, lush vegetation, and the river running right beneath our feet. We made several stops to admire the views, take photos, and of course, recharge. Despite the tiredness, our energy and good spirits never faltered!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

But the adventure didn\u2019t end there. In the afternoon, we had a water activity waiting for us at the “Albufeira da Barragem do Caldeir\u00e3o”. We jumped into the water with kayaks and paddleboards and enjoyed a great time filled with fun, balance (or attempts at it!), and a lot of camaraderie. It was the perfect way to cool off and continue connecting with the natural beauty of this amazing place.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We ended the day exhausted but very happy. We\u2019re continuing to collect unique moments and share experiences that help us grow as a group and as individuals. Portugal is giving us unforgettable days!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
